Thank you I'm getting it. However, with little confidence. Years of research, including the countless yt vids, such as this one,...FRCP, local rules, FRE, Lectures, Conferences, case law, Treatises, mock trials, law sites, Black's Law, workshops, legal lines, etc., I'm still attempting to have my claim heard by the court.

i need some help finding an attorney in East Tennessee to handle a case of a national fast food chain restaurant manager making false comments and statements on a 911 call, because I was videotaping her as I was in my car leaving and she didn't like it. Also local police soliciting a trespass upon arrival. Most of which is captured on video (cell phone cam, yes. This happened a few months before the local agency started wearing body cams.) It's getting very close to a year since this happened and I'm unable to fine representation. Do you have any suggestions or advice?

Why didn't my attorney let me in on mediation on Zoom as we discussed prior and only on the phone with him? I never heard the mediator. Why did they lie about my appeal attorney fees? Why does my mediation agreement have no signatures on Docusign?

Plaintiff doesn't have to go to mediation, his attorneys can attend the mediation without him. Correct?
