I’ve been reversing chronic illness for three years on a plantbased, fruit heavy diet. I want to exercise again, go on adventures, sit in the warm Florida sunshine on a beach without feeling sick, and possibly move there when our youngest graduates high school. Seeing you do all you do truly inspires me to keep going and never stop dreaming.

That tortilla looks good but I recommend you to warm it up on a pan. You can do it before putting the ingredients inside or after that. In Mexico we never ever eat a cold tortilla!!!

Another fantastic video Erin. Great to see what your children eat in a day and proving that children can thrive on a well planned vegan WFPB diet because many non vegans think they can't and say that vegans are forcing their children to be vegan. But until the children are old enough to decide what foods they eat parents have to decide so anti vegans are being unreasonable and the fact is every parent decides what their children eat until they decide for themselves. Breastmilk provided a number of nutrients even after 12 months. No need for supplements if you continue to BF.

I have a 9 month yr old who is formula fed and is starting to not take the bottle anymore, with that being said I want him to be plant based I'm not sure where to turn to or where start Help!!!!

Try opening bananas from the bottom just like monkeys 🐒. It’s so much easier.

I recommend going to the source for dates. Not these mass commercialised mejdool dates. You shouldn't even have to say organic in front of dates. Saudi has many beautiful varieties. Hunt down a middle eastern grocer or even gas station, you will get the most beautiful dates. Some softer and more squishy in varieties. Mejdool are not even near the best date you can get. I personally love the khudri dates we buy in Australia here from Saudi (I have a middle eastern husband). Xx
