My goodness I haven't watched your videos since the last birth! Been a bit busy! Everyone got so grown up lol your kids are wonderful. It strikes me how much newest addition looks like sandy :) I love your videos. When I used to live in an abusive family I would watch your videos as a reminder that parenting can be done better :) your an amazing mum and an amazing family :) and such a great role model! Some vegans give others a bad name but you could change the world with your approach :)

I'd watch you make toast and never get bored. You put together such beautiful videos and I love seeing your loving family, day in the life and what you're eating- I never tire of being inspired by healthy food!

I teach cooking classes to kids and used your almond butter salad dressing for our green salad recipe. I paired it with peas and tropical fruit and some other veg, and they were so excited to make and eat it! These are kids who enjoy the standard kids menu (mac n cheese, chicken tenders), but they were so enthusiastic about grating carrots and chopping lettuce. It just goes to show that with the right presentation, every child will enjoy healthy, whole plant foods!

@@mariaiacona133 in Lisbon which is the capital city (where I live) there are a lot of vegan places just went to a new one yesterday and they are usually located in popular landmarks of town like “baixa chiado”. In Porto which is another popular city in Portugal there’s also a lot of vegan restaurants ;)) hope that was helpful

Scallions and red onions make salads pop too and they bring out the spice in arugula too. Roast root vegetables are heaven and they make a good side because they are filling. I love orange cherry tomatoes they seem sweet. I’d love to try those tomatoes they look lovely

Hey could you maybe do a video on recipes and meals you eat when the kids are sick or unwell? I'm struggling to find vege meals that are super easy to eat, comforting and easy on the stomach for those times - I recently had dental surgery and I only know how to make 2 soups haha

I love your videos and just bought your cookbook bundle last night. My son is 12 and I’m trying to get him strictly plant based. Also, I hope this isn’t weird, your husband reminds me of my dad. He always loved to cook, and wore shorts and no shirt. I loved that he was so comfortable at home and I miss him terribly! Just that made me smile and remember my dad growing up. Thank you!!

If you don't cook your kale and drink it raw all the time it will destroy your thyroid, I know, I did it to myself. Stopped the kale shakes and took thyroid support pills and my thyroiditis healed.

I Would love to see a video on how to preserve food or prepare ingredients in advance for meals or snacks. Like keeping celery in water. Cut up lettuce that has been rinsed covered w a towel in the refrigerator to remove moisture. Different ways to have all fruits and veggies cut up and prepared in advance for time saving in recipes. Just a thought. Your kids are adorable and their parents, so very special.

throw them into cookies, cakes, bananabread, healthy muffins (which you can freeze!) and take out the day before. Oh and granola is a good one🌟

Our kids' pediatrician always told us to feed them a balanced diet with real milk, eggs, fish and meat. Oh, and get regular VACCINATIONS.

I had such high expectations for feeding my toddler all the avocado lol and he HATES it 😂😂😂 he spits it out every time no matter how I season it (or not) and it’s hysterical. He’s really not a picky eater, so I just shrug that it’s the one thing he won’t eat 😂😂
