How’s your weekend going so far? Good I hope ❤hope everyone’s well ❤what’s your plans if you have any? We got rubbish weather again so just having a catchup day , hopefully it will be better tomorrow ❤please don’t forget to like the video and check out my instagram ❤ps I know we had sausage twice this week but the kids eat it and I’m trying to empty my freezer and in all fairness I cremated the 2nd lot 😂😂😂😂

Most of the meals looked very good and especially the pasta with salmon would be to my liking 😊. I have been rather sick all week and still not completely better yet (bladder infection) and the meds and fever made me dislike any meal except for a croissant with nothing on it. So every day I have been eating 1 croissant and have been drinking lots of water and that was it. The meds I have to take till Wednesday and hopefully I will feel better by then and can enjoy some food again. Sunday the weather should get better and the following days as well so hopefully you can enjoy that time 🌞🧡💛

Bless well I hope you’re feeling better soon and the medication is helping ❤️The salmon pasta was lovely unfortunately my kids thought differently and only ate a small portion( too healthy for them lol) get well soon lovely xxxx

I just made a gorgeous chicken, chorizo, peppers, onions, courgettes,carrots, and sweet potato tray bake, added some smoked paprika, garlic, chili flakes and salt and pepper, my god it was lush x

hi rosie - nice to see you are feeling better now - there were some good meal ideas in this video 0 i liked the veg/pasta mix - it looked fine - and the sausages with rice was good too - i need to cook more rice - i always forget about it or think it is too much trouble. thanks a lot.

I just pop mine in the oven, it’s easier then I’m not having to worry about it lol, I make lots of rice dishes so I’m always trying to figure out ways to mix it up 😊and thanks David, have a lovely weekend xxxx

Great meals as always Rosie!! I am vegetarian but your salmon pasta looked lovely. I did a no fry fry in my house once and I got that much abuse from everyone. I'm in Northern Ireland so it's a huge Ulster fry for us. So now everything is fried, Inc soda and potato bread apart from sausages and bacon which are cooked in the oven. I hate grease so mine is oven & grill cooked xxx

lol can’t please everyone 😅as I found with the salmon pasta lol, what’s in an Ulster fry if you don’t mind me asking? My grandad was from Southern Ireland so I’m always extra curious lol, and unfortunately fried food upsets my tummy that’s why I try not to fry anything 😢xxxx

Great video, love seeing what other people are cooking, as well as grocery hauls, especially budget friendly meals. I'm vegan (not one who's come to tell you that your shampoo isn't cruelty free.. 🙄), but it still gives me ideas for what I can make and just sub some ingredients to make it suited for me. Love all your videos, you have a relaxing vibe whilst being real !

Just want to add too, can relate massively to the kids having sensory needs with autism and it limiting what foods they can eat or will even try, you're doing great though they have a varied diet still even within their current limitations. People can sometimes be really critical because they just see it through the lens of being neurotypical "they'll eat what I give them and if they don't they'll starve", not knowing or caring enough to find out that some people with neurodivergence literally would rather starve and reasoning with a stressed out little kid with autism in a meltdown isn't gonna work... Just pleased your kids have you to advocate for them

Hi rosie you made some lovely teas we had chips gravy and pork chops done in airfryer oven for Sunday dinner well jd you call dinner at quart to 7 I was going to do stew dumplings and mash but Andy my lad said can we have pork chops and chips instead he's a poor eater he's got brocolitis and only got one lung the doctor has put him on a tablet to give him an appetite fingers crossed it does .we went to a wedding nighttime last night it my great nephews and they have a little boy of 3 so jgave the bride a card with money inand the little lad do cars he was made up Amy his mum got a person from the little lads nursery to help out yesterday with little one ,I going out for dinner at dinner time with my dister on a coach Wednesday and jve booked another holiday for the 8th of July love fran xxxx❤

Hiya its been too hot today in Newcastle upon Tyne to make my usual sunday dinner so just had pizza with vegetable spring rolls super easy in this heat no good for me I cant stand the heat it makes me ill as i suffer with lupus 😔
