It is possible! Most patients have to stop HRT prior to surgery.

Most models have a stronger jaw line. Think of the female face as standard and the male face as having a "plus factor" in different regions". Most strong female models have a plus factor that exceeds female but doesn't get into the male range. The bossing and raised ridge with a dip in the middle on the forehead are definitely not female characteristics but can occur but not to the extreme like in some men. I'm not a doctor but I do notice this as well.
