I'll first ask her what her main concerns and expectations are. Does she want to look a few years younger, or tighter, or just improve her overall complexion? I'll see if we can work within her budget. If she desires to look like her younger self and uses her younger photos as references, I'll ask her what her favorite features are and try my best to replicate them without changing too much based on my own preferences. But if it were up to me, I would suggest blepharoplasty, either phenol peel or resurfacing laser (whether fractional or Pico laser), face lift and neck lift, fat injection on cheeks and temples, lip lift, and some mild filling. I'd also recommend LED light therapy, antibiotics, and bromelain to speed up the recovery process. Lastly, I'd teach her about using sunblock and proper skincare to maintain long-lasting results. If she has melasma I'd suggest hydroquinone under supervision and take break every 3 months

I havs 2 days of my buccal fat. My incision its looking white. My surgeon didn't gave me nothing to wash my mouth. Im using my normal crest washable mouth. Im struggling on brushing my teeth i csnt open my mouth to wash my teeth from those areas. I do see then dirty of the solid liquid im eating like chicken soup 🍲. One side looks more white. Should i clean the incision with something? Im scare it gets infected its midnight my surgeon doesn't answer
Definitely reach out to the doctor who did the procedure. If you are having trouble opening your mouth that may mean you need an antibiotic or to be seen.
