    I don't think any man should take on the burden of trying to continuously please a woman, just do you and if she gets bored she can go and continue looking for greener grass till her grave. Nobody should take on someone's burden when they are not giving to them the same burden too and also if the person is not their child.

    The part about captivation is true. What's cool is that you basically need to create an enjoyable lifestyle for yourself, away from the desk or computer. Things that can be done in a group, as opposed to being done solo.

    I married at 20 when I was fat and broke to a single mom with 5 kids from 3 fathers who was 15 years older than me. Now I’m 30, 6’2, men’s physique competitor, very good looking, have a degree in neuroscience, I earn 300k a year, own a business, home, 2 cars, etc. still with her and feeling cheated on life. But she never cheated on me, and has been a good person. I just feel I settled for so much less than I could have had. But to leave her now would be without any cause other than she’s older and not physically attractive to me these days. Idk 🤷. Now I get approached and chased by tons of women, at work/gym/wherever I go. But remain faithful to my wife. Literally yesterday was approached at the mall by a 10/10 Brazilian girl who tried giving me her number. I said no and showed her my ring, she said she didn’t care and tried again, so I walked away and she said I broke her heart. Stuff like that happens all the time. It makes me feel like I settled low. I’m 30 with a 45y/o wife who had many kids, a bit out of shape, and lacks the sex drive she had when we got together.

    Make a deal with her. While she was great woman by being loyal to you this whole time, you are also a great man since you still have not left her even though you have unlimited options. You have to sit her down and tell her than how you feel (Otherwise these feelings you have will build and build until you burst). You could try to explain to her that men crave sex and just because you engange in sex with ither females, it does mean you do not love her. Hopefully she understands this, and she lets you get your nut off. If she does not agree, you will both be unhappy, so try your best

I strive to be like that but in a feminine way. I want to be more- do more - compete against myself - constant never ending improvement. Its difficult to find female role models and I have absolutely zero female friends who are doing anything productive with their lives. So I watch success men in my life and try to emulate them. Thank you Rich for all the inspiration.

    Maybe I'm missing something... but my best work comes from being at home in isolation, whether it's making music, painting/drawing, crafting/building. I enjoy a quiet and productive environment free of distractions. It feels silly to go to the gym when I have a $10,000 home gym. It feels silly to buy a new coupe when a $5,000 car gets me everywhere. I have steak and wine at my house, why pay a premium at a restaurant? The only reason to go out to the gym or to a restaurant would be to socialize or show-off and that feels needy and unnecessary. I could not respect myself if I chased status and clout just for the sake of impressing women. I don't need 500,000 followers to have power and influence. Almost every wealthy person I've met goes to great lengths to live an unassuming life. I also have better things to do than entertain women. I understand that money isn't needed to captivate women, but as far as I can tell captivating women or chasing status would require compromising my own values

    Exactly. That’s the problem with most RP content creators. Success for a charismatic extrovert looks completely unlike success for an introspective introvert. For me, if learned “game”, I would be a worse version of myself. I have zero interest in altering my personality, pretending to alter my personality, to attract a woman. Never. Going. To. Happen. I’ve spent 54 years putting in blood sweat and tears to become the best version of myself, physically, emotionally, intellectually, financially, and I like who I am. Modifying that beautiful creation “to attract a woman” would be the stupidest thing I could possiblly do.

They also want you to solve their endless list of problems. I see a lot of guys complain that when they date younger women, it's exhausting. They have to take them out almost every night of the week and the weekends or they fear losing them to chads at the club, etc. Hypergamy, there's always some guy with a boat, a jet, vacation home, a trip. There's not enough time to focus on myself and my goals and constantly babysit and entertain.

    I think a lot of men that have money, are in shape, are "nice" think that they've got enough that they expect the woman to do all the dating work. In other words, they think "if a woman wants to be with me, she'll do all the organizing and scheduling of dates and we'll split the bill". The reason why they think that is because Rich tells guys that women should have a deep desire for them and so they don't want to put any effort into the relationship. I think Rich needs to be more clear on how men ought to get into relationships with women. I mean, Rich promotes men to "spin plates" but that means that men have to do a lot of work around making and organizing "fun and exciting dates". Thats where the mixed messaging comes in. If men are busy, they really don't have the time to organize all these creative and romantic dates for several women. Best case scenario is that the guy is into a hobby like skiing or snowboarding and he can invite a variety of women on dates on the mountain, or maybe he rock climbs or maybe he has a cute dog and enjoys camping/hiking. Thats the key. Have a hobby you can invite women to enjoy it with you. I think this video was one of Rich's best, but his other videos don't mention this important aspect.

    There is a video by coach Greg Adams which is titled "You can't impress women any more". In it, he states that women have become so spoiled with attention and opportunities that doing activities together like going to a park, hiking, riding a bike or going out to eat at a restaurant will no longer impress them. Men play a losing game when it comes to dating: If you work a lot and make a lot of money, she will bemoan that you have no time and that you don't give her attention; if you have plenty of time and enjoy your hobbies, she will nag that you are wasting that time, which you could use to work a second job and make more money. If you happen to find an activity that will give her fun, rather sooner than later she will get used to it and she will require you to come up with more spectacular activities to feed her emotions.

    If you are able to, would you be able to give your advice on how to move past that? Look, I’m 30, still a work in progress and have never had a girlfriend. I have had sex, but never got the relationship experience. I believe that because I’ve never been in a relationship, I’m not putting women first, but I always think about them as the outcome of when I become the best version of myself. The only hobby (despite starting a business with a good friend of mine, my dream is to become a music producer) is making music. Any suggestions or advice? Maybe lack of sex as well could be the reason why I always think about women (the last time I got any was in 2015, when I realized that I had absolutely NO business messing with women until I get my life straight; AKA when I became red pilled).

    @@alfredschnozzenstein1657 Each individual's journey is different so I'm not sure how much actionable advice I can give. I used to be very driven by sex and everything pretty much revolved around it. I entered into a marriage thinking that it would give me access to regular sex. Trust me, it doesn't. I'm in my 40s now, divorced, have done the hard work on myself. Despite getting divorce raped, I have rebuilt and is now financially stable. It's not that I'm smashing chicks left and right, but I am getting more sex than I was during my marriage. And while sex is definitely a nice bonus, it's not the primary way I measure my success and getting to that point was a major pivotal moment. I will never get into a serious relationship nor marriage again as I've learned to value myself and enjoy my own company. Getting comfortable with being alone is absolutely crucial. You can turn alone time into a major advantage and make amazing progress on your goals if you allow yourself to. Good luck to you!

    Two factors you've not really brought into the conversation about captivating women, specifically in relation to taking the girl on a hiking date. 1. Location and climate of your country determines a lot of that. I don't live in the continent of North America, I live in the UK and honestly we are lucky if we get 2 months out of the 12 which are considered hot enough temperature wise to go out and enjoy a hike in the warm sun. Yes there are cooler temperatures in spring and autumn but it's also partly to do with whether we're lucky enough for it to remain dry because the weather here HONESTLY can ruin any plans at such short notice because it is so volatile and can change day to day quite rapidly. 2. Asking a girl alone out into the wilderness miles away from public crowded places would be an absolute red flag for many women because they don't know you well enough for that yet (so you'd have to spend weeks and months reassuring her first, which is only possible through normal/boring dates) and they have instinctive fear and negativity that we're going to basically murder them and bury them in the woods because of how fixated they get on media stories of lone women's tragic ends to the hands of a tiny tiny minority of men. They will simply not accept to go for a hike with you until they're absolutely sure they can trust you, and the irony is that that point in knowing them will probably be close enough to declare the relationship stage 🤣 It's much harder than you describe it Rich, sorry!

  • @23ofSeptember

    Rich is out of touch sometimes. He thinks all men live in Colorado or Montana or Canada. Hiking is just a suggestion however. If you're in the UK, what about going fishing? On a castle tour? Watch a soccer game? I dunno. Is life really that boring in the UK?

  • @BryJovi17

    @BryJovi17

    2 жыл бұрын

    @@23ofSeptember I get that everyone is slightly restricted to the world and experiences that they're familiar with, so nobody can fully comprehend all different types of lives and places that actually exist. What I was getting at is that we often get rain in the UK or the weather is just very cloudy/overcast it really makes it less of a happy experience doing anything outdoorsy. And nobody likes doing anything in the rain, not fishing or a castle tour and the "football" game, because that's what it's called, not soccer, and we invented before you started playing your American Football, also depends on what clubs you're going to watch and demand is off the scale for tickets and also most girls honestly just don't like football either. Football is seen as a way of life in the UK, the home and birthplace of the sport, so the adverse consequence of that is that many generations of women have grown up knowing that sometimes they're second place to football and hence they end up not liking it 😊 The UK is far from boring, it has a ridiculous amount of history, every time you visit a new town/city the accent changes and new words of vocabulary are introduced to you. And I'm talking a new town and city just 30-60 minutes away by car, whereas basically everyone in North America nearly sound identical, unless they're from the mid States lol. We're surrounded by coastline and have so many beautiful places within nature to see but yes unfortunately many girls these days only want the shopping, dressing up looking pretty, being wined and dined and or watching Netflix/TV with not much interest in anything else. Greatly lacking substance. The ones that do eventually build character and have more interests than what I've listed are broadly the ones that are taken or already have kids/divorced, so it's not easy. The point is, if you're attractive enough you can pretty much do or say anything and the girl will go along with it and be happy to enter your world as Rich put it. But if you're only average looking, don't appear to have many options, or worse, then the girl will make you jump through endless hoops and have high expectations for dates and doing things fun and because they expect the man to arrange the dates you've basically got to guess what type of thing, using your psychic powers, would be most fun to her, because if you ask her about it you've already failed and then comes across as she's arranged the date. If you choose something safe and comfortable she'll think you're boring and turn you down but like I've already said if you go for something too exciting she'll be too anxious and afraid of being kidnapped or murdered, so yeh, good times dating in 2021, unless you're a Chad of course.

    @@23ofSeptember in fact I spent around 4 to 5 lines explaining football, where my total reply was what, 50+ lines? So that's far from the majority of my reply, but anyway... 🙄 American Football is basically Rugby, but with protection lol. I did actually go to watch a game of the Miami Dolphins versus the Pittsburgh Steelers but it's so stop start I have no idea how you even watch it for fun when it drags on for 3+ hours and is full of commercials, but therein lies the massive gap between our cultures. Football is widely considered the beautiful game and is non-stop action except for the free kicks and fouls which do occur possibly more than my father's generation admittedly but nowhere near the amount of American Football. For the record I don't enjoy Rugby either as have never really watched it or considered it very fun or exciting. I do spectate many other sports including tennis, F1, snooker but yes this is all very good male conversation but finding women interested in sports is quite rare. I would only ever recommend taking a girl on a date to a sports event if she is blatantly a big fan of the sport and it is known really early on in the process of getting to know her. Some girls wear football t shirts of their favourite teams, some girls have photos of themselves at F1 tracks or famous tennis venues for example then sure. Don't think I've ever come across a girl on dating websites yet (from viewing easily 100,000+) that is into snooker lol. So yeh I think what would be more exciting for a girl would be something that is active but not necessarily a high profile sport, e.g. bowling, pool, crazy/mini golf, karting, abseiling, quad biking, etc. At least it can be fun and not taken too seriously doing any one of those, compared to a guy that's fanatical about football and if his team lost he'd feel rubbish the rest of the day, and no girl wants to go home with a guy like that, who has also most likely drank a lot of alcohol then could get aggressive (there are lots of football hooligans in the UK, not sure if you're aware). It needs to be somewhere that's neutral to men and women really, not entirely dominated by men. As we dig deeper into the finer details this is why it becomes so problematic in trying to tick all these boxes for women and show that we're not boring right off the bat, when as I said in my last response the biggest tick box of all is being attractive to her. Sure there's unattractive guys out there with girlfriends, either because they're funny and/or reasonably wealthy, but those girls could always drop the guy with no notice, and potentially always have a back up guy waiting in the wings for when she feels things aren't good enough anymore. There is so much content online analysing the difficulties men face and it can be overwhelming knowing which advice to take and what actions to take in your life to get what you want out of it. In my mind I feel I'm a traditional man, and seek a traditional woman (so a woman that doesn't need to even work because I earn enough money, but has the skill sets and experience of a traditional woman, I.e. looking after the home via cooking, cleaning and bringing up the kids, but these women don't really exist anymore). Sadly it takes guys until at least their 30s to have got their stuff truly together and be making enough money for his woman to not have to work but unfortunately a woman of the same age has had no choice but to get work herself. I can't exactly date a 16 year old girl either because society would say that's creepy but it's probably more logical because at that age she hasn't started work and can become a traditional woman who I will fully support and respect with every ounce of my being. Age 18-25 is more realistic where I can convince her that quitting work is the right thing to do because I'm the main earner and always will be. But yes sadly we get called toxic today if we ever dare suggest or imply that women should stay at home and raise the children 🙄

    No offense, my friend... but this sounds like excuse-itis. A hike does not have to be the first date. A woman simply wants to meet you for coffee or a drink the first time to confirm her feeling of safety. A hike or a paddleboard or a sail or a drive in the country is afterward. I've met a number of women for the first time who came to my front door - that usually occurs after a lengthy phone conversation, but still. Second of all, she lives in the UK too, and probably has some understanding of the weather. Figure it out. Successful people find solutions, unsuccessful people make excuses. Don't fall into that trap - always be the guy who not only has a plan but has a backup, too.

    Just a question, isn't financial richness relative? How can we measure it, given that what can be a lot of money for one might be very little or even nothing for another? I mean, someone may earn 60k per year but needing just 10k per year to live decently, physically in shape, healthy and being satisfactorily happy; would this be being a "loser" according to the North American mentality? The fact is that it's been proven that consumerism is mentally toxic, so is it worth chasing more money than we need to demonstrate to have a lifestyle we do not really need on a logical basis? Thanks for your videos anyway.

  • @SkiJumping-

    @SkiJumping-

    According to Rich's standards, you may be a "loser" for making only 60k and not 100+k. However, don't fall for this shaming tactic; financial richness and happiness are two different things. Most men don't need to spend an excessive amount of money to be happy. Some men are happy earning just $1000 per month while living abroad and enjoying life there. And if you happen to feel poor because some around you brag about how rich they are, just visit a country like India or some African country and see how people live there. After you come back, you will realize how rich you really are!

    If you measure success by purely financial means...you'll end up rich...and still empty. You can buy anything! You cannot buy a title belt fought for. You can buy anything! But you cannot buy a title from racing bikes. You can buy anything! But you cannot buy the skill to build your own house. The list goes on. There's more to bolt on to your life that is proof of success than things a HELL OF A LOT of people also have. Super car gathering? How many people attend? A lot! Former thai boxing champion gathering....probably 3 people 🤣 why? The harder something is to get the less people have it. You don't see ferrari struggling financially do you. Just saying.
