Man I just drove to Vegas from Phoenix & made a drop @ a Sams & man it’s an oven out here in Vegas.I always go off duty anytime I’m @ a shipper or receiver so I can maximize my 70 Jr clock.
Did you go to CR England School ? I live plan on going in January and wanted to ask how was it ? Do you know how far they test back for weed ?
Quick question. I already went to school @ 5th Wheel Trucking School & finished. I just didn’t get to finish doing my driving test. Went through a hardship, my car broke down & I lost my job and got divorced. So my permit expired before I could get back to take my test. Should I just go back to school with CR or what would you recommend for me to get my A’s

Get that permit again. It’s either that or you give up which shouldn’t be an option. We all go through hard times.

Do they got morning shifts or is everything evening? And if I live in Bakersfield would I be home everyday?
Interesting, so your local? I always have to remind myself not every sleeper truck is used otr.

Do the trucks Have APU And Inverter??
Fellow CRE driver just asking a question, why go off duty when your 14 hour clock is still going to run no matter what. Why no just go on duty/ unload? Doesn't matter either way I'm just trying to see your logic In doing so.

Going off duty stops your 70 hour clock. At all adds up so you get possibly get an extra day of over time.
As a local driver, you still get paid by the hour? Or by miles ? So this means your hime every night ?

The pay is pretty complicated to explain. We get hourly, cpm, and paid for stops.
Do you have a number for a recruiter in the Bakersfield area?

No it doesn’t work like that you have to apply and tell recruiting you want to work in Bakersfield.
