What appalls me is that guy fails to understand how much trouble he’s in, especially after making that comment about being a family. It reminds me of a case where a man killed his own daughter just so he can be with his girlfriend (it’s implied the two didn’t get along very well). After his arrest, he proposed to her. Her response? Changing the locks to her doors.

They always say that yes the attacker played a part in making them, but that is it. What comes next is always up to the mother. Giving them up for adoption is a good choice, but it's sometimes better to keep them and raise them to be better than the people who made them.

They handled it well, no question about that, but I would guess she might have been more comfortable if it was just her and Benson, maybe.

Likely depends on the specific judge, if he gets some lunatic neo con or far lefty judge then yeah he or she would likely allow the rapists psychopath access to there chilld, just like said judges let pedos out over and over and over again instead of executing them like they should be for example. Major respect to women who actually keep there innocent child in these circumstances though.
