Christ is referring to the Holy Spirit dwelling in believers after they repent of their sins and acknowledge Him as Lord and Savior after His Cruxifiction and Resurrection plus His Ascension into Heaven. muhammed never met Christ's disciplies; 600 yrs later muhammed was born. The Holy Spirit dwelled in the Temple in Jerusalem before Christ killed; remember when Christ died on the cross; the Temple's curtain was torn from top to bottom(The Holy Spirit left) and now indwells believers.
