@@IImVoltagee Ummm, they get a free college education without student loans, free books, free tutors, free room and board in the nicest facilities on campus, they get to eat all of that food that you just saw for free, the rest of the student body doesnt get to eat like that. They get to train in world class training facilities with individually dedicated personal trainers, free dietitians, free medical care, everything that they need to prepare to be a professional athlete in their chosen sports AND a degree all furnished by LSU, so don't tell me they don't get jack, that is a bunch of bullshit.

@@rachet0708 Let’s not forget that they get an entire wardrobe of clothing, given better opportunities to create phenomenal connections, test banks that have answers to exams and assignments on them. You could keep going. They are given everything they can legally have. People still complaining on how they’re not paid.

Love Chef Johnson's backstory. He didn't have to tell us all of that info. Very touching and Much Respect to Him.

This hit home for me. I’m a Dad. I would do anything for my kids. He gave up the NFL to be by his kids. Real Father’s will always be blessed. Just a testament to hard work and a great heart.

LSU is every bit as “big time” an an NFL job. He is allowed to create in an environment that is less restrictive in labor, food quality, profitability, and resource management. Dream job for a chef. Has more free time also.

Chef Mike was one of my teachers at LCI! Great guy and so happy to his success!

This is one of the best videos I have seen on this channel. Thank you for this video. For myself, I would like to do what Mike Johnson is doing and become an executive chef. Through hard work, knowing your craft, and making great connections, he was granted this job. What a great story.

The Chef story was pretty emotional for me. I really got happy and the end was when he got to tell his kids on Valentine's Day. He seems like a great person to work for.

This is probably one of your best videos to this date. What a story and you could feel the emotions from Chef Johnson. Thank you for telling the stories from the staff and more relatable ones. Not everybody can make it into the league, but you can do as Chef Johnson and work hard, network and then eventually with a little bit of luck land a top tier job.

Shout out to highlighting the story of the chef to show the progression, work ethic and meaning of what life is all about

A team really is so much more than just the players and coaches. There are sooo many people who work so hard and sacrifice so much for the success of the team. We ought to give these behind the scenes contributors more credit!

Please do MORE of these - I love looking at how athlete's fuel themselves before game time!

I follow his path for me blindly. Though I’ve strayed at times finding my way back to Baton Rouge was testament to patience and faith.

As an organic restaurant owner in Hawaii, I commend the Chef for healthy, flavorful assortment.....and low sugar is spoon important. Our restaurant uses organic maple syrup, and local honey as substitute . Great video too!

Glad y’all interviewed the chef and he went deep into how he got there. it as more of a wholesome humanly quality to it not just a video of the Reps of a stadium. Also talking about how many millions this and that was and a brief story about what the sock guy does to color coordinate different pairs for games

This video is a great reminder to not grind too hard or else other important parts of your life can fall apart

I have seen many sports industry videos similar to this but Exec Chef Mike Johnson’s story is my favourite. I am from the U.K and follow the real game of football (Soccer to the Americans) and I really enjoy seeing just how much work and pride go into these productions :)

As a proud Louisiana native I have to agree about our hospitality it's one of the best in the south, our state is a beautiful place to live and there's so much to do and the culture of LSU is one of the best and as we Cajuns like to say : laissez le bon temps rouler
