Here’s what it takes to feed the LSU Football Team -> kzread.info/dash/bejne/iWR9z5l8eK2pfJs.html
This dude is living the dream as a chef. Probably an awesome salary, incredible facilities at his disposal, the best ingredients…so jealous. That rational is the best kitchen tool ever also.

This is absolutely incredible to see. For the most part, I think we understand that the athletes get fed. But this gives us a thorough glimpse of what it takes to feed, fuel, snacks, individual nutrition, and goals of the players. It also helps me understand even more, how much money these NBA teams bring in. It is almost unfortunate that the common Joe Schmo, will never get to experience something like this.
I love how the chef shouted out his whole team
I appreciate these looks behind the scenes into the Sports Culinary world and honoring the Chefs and dieticians that make the kitchen portion tick. Shawn seemed like he really appreciated his role in the Org. Eating is a 168 hour a week component of the game!
Thanks for the video. I love these behind the scenes peeks into the life of the folks that help keep it all running at a high level. Good stuff!

Very interesting. I wonder if they can't eat fried food because they're athletes or because it's just unhealthy. I wouldve assumed before this that if anyone should get a pass for eating fried food once n a while it would be an athlete.

It's a cafeteria for professional athletes. Fried food adds too many calories. Get it on your own time but they're not going to serve you that there. Also, he said they air fry instead of fry, and that's pretty much almost just as good anyways.
we have this new dough that has select ingredients: flour, water, yeast and salt so, you have dough, the way it was always done by everyone else in the world.

The people who think this guy has a great job are young and delusional. Working in sports really doesn't pay that well. I've dealt with athletes before and they can be a-holes. If you look at one of these guys the wrong way, you're done. They will always take the athlete's side.
