Outstanding car. Personally I think the 288 gto is the nicest looking car ever made, with the f355 a very close second. But to each his own.

That 355 design NEVER dates out....beautiful!

It aged much better than modena lets say... both beautiful cars to beggin with.

I’m lucky enough to own a 355 F1 GTS. I’ve had it 8 years and done around 23000 miles in it including Europe, Nurburgring, the Alps, Maranello, Autobahn. It’s fair from being a garage queen with 60000 miles on the clock! Costs a fair bit to keep it right, but it’s worth it ❤️

1991 NSX has 210k miles with no repairs but doesn't sound as good as the 355. All the 355 needs for looks is a front chin spoiler and maybe some wheels.

Fantastic looking Ferrari. Hired a 355 for a weekend trip to Dorset about 15 years ago and enjoyed it very much but would have to be a manual for me as the gear change in the 355 is about the best I've experienced in any car.

This is my favourite version of the MR2. Only joking I know its a bad old joke. Superb. 355's are stunning and after this car the small Ferraris never looked so good.

Beautiful car, nice report. I prefer the manual open gate, it's epic, especially when you shift from 4th to 5th gear. And topless driving when the weather ist fine - and even if not...

That's a stunning example of the 355! Beautiful wheels, much better than the stockers. Also, I commend you on the ride height you went with, looks perfect to my eye

Such a wonderful car! I have basically the exact spec with a Tubi exhaust and a 458. Still in love with the 355 every time I get in it. Enjoy it!

when it comes to appearance, the 355 is my favorite. performance wise I like the old school rawness of the F40.

355s are legendary! I would however recommend you adding a 97-02 Viper to your collection. They too are an amazing experience to own and drive. Never forget a drive in a Viper

Achingly beautiful car. Ride height and wheels are just perfect.

From the outside, an automated manual still sounds quite familiar to a manual due to the slight pause for the clutch, that's one pro compared to a torque converter auto where the noise just meshes together between shifts.

355 looked incredible when it came out.....in fact it made previous Generations look dated instantly....Still looks as amazing today....would love a slightly ropey manual, just work on it myself and modify it without worrying about resale value.

It was an improved 348 but have to admit, they improved it quite well. Has aged better than the 348.

Fantastic car, since i was a lil kid, i am obsessed with F355. Currently i own a 600hp mk4 Supra targa, but if it gains enough value one day i would love to trade it for a 355. got to get hold of it one day dear me

The 3 Ferrari's I would love to own. 1. F355 2. 288 GTO 3. F40 Anyone of these cars will do. But the 355 just has something so special about it that I cannot explain. There are flashier looking cars, but this one just gets the look 100% right.

If that was a 1:9 205 GTI at the start,i had one of those in the late 80s.It was the best hot hatch at that time.Far better than the 16v Golf GTI.Loved it.Ferrari,s were just a dream that never happened, lol.

That is correct, it's a 205 1.9GTi in the intro (actually has a 195bhp 2-litre engine taken out of a 306 GTi) and it's still in our collection (the F355 has now been sold)

I own a f430. The sound of the 355 is in my opinion, the best sounding Ferrari with the exception of the 250GTO.

Very nice 355. Great condition. What are the rims sizes? Width and ET? I own a 348 and I think if those wheels fit fantastic to the 355, they could do as well to the 348

Also prefer the 348 look, with those epic side strakes. But would then like it to have that 5 valve per cylinder engine from the F355 😬

With those wheels and the lower ground clearance the F355 is, in reality, hardly to drive. Especially the long "nose" is a problem. In my oppinion the original wheels fit better to the elegant style of the car. You obviously have some distances on the rear - they look good because they fit really to the body of the car. (I've some Dimex on the real axle of my beloved F355 too...)

I considered selling the house and living in one of these, but then I saw a red toyota mr2 for sale and if I squint very hard it still doesn't look as good as the original

Always loved everything about the 355 but the maintenance and the cost is what has scared me away from it sadly 😢

The seating position looks a bit odd, as if Raj was perched on a cushion. And also the positioned the seat a bit further back for his height

I saw another video that said it’s best to buy the F1 version because you can easily switch it to a gated manual, but the reverse is not possible - is that accurate?

It's a little sad that such glorious cars regularly fall into the hands of wealthy serial collectors, who seldom appreciate, or have the time to develop a bond with each new toy. The next buyer will probably remove those expensive wheels and revert to standard springing. Raj is clearly someone who enjoys personalising cars, but with an appreciating classic, you have to be VERY careful. On the plus side, he's unlikely to wear it out, and it will remain pristine in a heated lock-up far from prying eyes. Bit cruel perhaps, but in this video you learn more about the buyer than what it's truly like to experience a 355. 👽 🌞
