I'm a -6.00 in both eyes and this is pretty accurate. To check my phone or read a book without my contacts I would have to hold it within 3 inches from my face.

just put your glasses up to ur camera and when you take it of ur camera it won’t be focused for a bit

My guess? About -3, negative 4.... Realizing everyone could see individual leaves on a tree was the most moving thing about my first pair of glasses, in 4th grade

I remember repeatedly taking them off and putting them back on when I got my first pair. I was 5 years old in the back seat in awe of what things actually looked like lop. It was awesome. Too bad I got made fun of for it lol

Before I got cataract surgery,, my lenses were -8.00 worse than, what my last prescription was.

Me as an -1,25 i am thinking to do a surgery in the future how if I has the same vision as you but the doctor told me it’s possible in the future to see more blurry so even if am paying so much money for this surgery it’s better then seeing my whole life blurry

Dude, i had to explain to my coworkers that i was wearing RX sunglasses bc my regular ones were broken and i cant see shit without them on. No less than two of my limited crew turned on me holding up fingers. Im like, fuckin no, you asshats.

Is this actually true my younger sis is 4 now and she got glasses according to doc it's naturally like that ...I'm so shocked our family couldn't observe ... Her number is 6 in both eyes .... Sometimes I ask her to draw what she can see without glasses and it scares me 😢 as only my dad has glasses in our family..... If it's actually true I can know what she sees like 😢

It's not really sad that your sister has glasses. She can see normally when she wears her glasses. It is very common to wear glasses. And once you get used to it, it is no longer an inconvenience. Once you get used to it is like wearing a t-shirt. Do you feel like it is inconvenient to wear a t-shirt? Of course not.
