Another tip for washi tapes is that they are very resistent to painting, if you are gonna paint with water colors or acrylic, they are perfect!

I use washi tape as masking tape when I have to do painting but don't have masking tape...😁

I never thought about marking the edges or corners. That’s a great idea! 😁

A little tip: you can rip washi using ruler or card, no need for a scissors, it makes a clean tear ❤️

Tbh when I started the video I assumed that this product was useless because I thought "why do you need tips to figure out how to use an item at all?" BUT the idea of using it as a white out type product to keep things looking nice is actually super super useful. Thanks for opening my eyes, now I have an excuse to buy cute tape lol!

Love this video! I purchased the CM journal back in December and have been using it consistently for 2019. I purchased washi tape 2 years ago for an older planner and had no idea what to do with it. Oh, I love that page marker idea. As I was watching, it dawned on me that you could even place the tape so that it extends a little bit past the edge of the paper, like a tab does.

This was the perfect explanation of what all the fuss is about washi tape. I have tons and had no clue of how to use them. Thanks so much for making and sharing this video. So cool! Thanks for all the tips! Something I use wash tape for is to mark my fine liner pens. The nib size number wears off over time so I wrap them in different tapes to color code the sizes. I just do that for the sizes I use most often. Hope you have a great weekend!!!

As someone who reads a lot of books, I can easily see myself using Washi Tape for making bookmarks. However, I also love the idea of using Washi Tape for making borders on pages, too. I have no doubt I AM going to become a life-long Washi Tape user very soon.

I learned something new and wonderful--especially the Book Mark and Page Markers! I read several different Bibles, Devotionals and books, so this creative idea cuts way down on flipping through the pages to find current places! You have beautiful penmanship, and I was also intrigued by the type of writing instruments and that pretty Washi Tape that you used throughout your video-- and I was wondering where I may purchase them! I love washi! I have a large box of it, it can easy become an addiction. My last washi purchase was white so I can make my own, with stamps and so on, if I should get an idea that my already purchased, patterned, washi doesn't cover. Don't know what would be though, but then I am covered 😄
