What is UV and how does it affect us?
Ultraviolet light (UV) is a type of radiation found naturally in sunlight. Exposure to UV can cause our skin to tan or burn - so although you cannot see or feel it, it important to be aware of its effects.
If you are in the UK can stay aware of UV levels using the Met Office mobile app:

the assertion, "tanned skin only provides the equivalent protection of an SPF4 sun block", is about the dumbest piece of non-sense (non-science/non-reality) ever. If you're trying to mislead why bother asserting an unsubstantiatable, easily disprovable stat? The simple idea that 2 different people's skin types will react to sunlight differently makes this video bogus.
