This may be a hot or cold take, but Kokomo by the Beach Boys

Hungry Heart is one of my favorite Springsteen songs.

Billy Joel's "River of Dreams" sounds like a child of 1950's NYC (which he was) reaching middle age in 1993 and writing a tribute to the doo wop and gospel music he loved as a kid. In that context, it's one of his best original songs.

Actually Bruce originally wrote Hungry Heart for the Ramones when his manager suggested he record the song himself.

Aerosmith's "I don't want to miss a thing" drives me crazy...which ironically, "Crazy" is a title of of one of their songs....which also drives me crazy.

The hate for River of Dreams. Not a top tier song of his but not bad. Billy Joel actually did do Disney songs for Oliver and Company in 1988. Never saw it but he voiced a character and had some songs in it. Also, Springsteen's voice was slightly sped up on Hungry Heart which is why it sounds different.

Alice In Chains, on their Sap album. That EP was perfect until the last song, "Love Song". It is unplayable. I don't know why they bothered putting it on there. I love Van Halen, but not so much with Sammy and his ballads. On the 5150 album, "Love Walks In" and "Why Can't This Be Love"... I'll pull over if I'm in the car and rip the stereo out. Aerosmith some have mentioned about Steven Tyler and his sappy shit tunes, too. Why did they make this? "Love in an Elevator", that's fine. It's funny. "Dude Looks Like A Lady"... holy shit nobody could do that today. To go from that to "Amazing"... you can't explain it, but why? Why did you do that, Steve?

If I remember, "Hungry Heart " was an attempt for him to break into AM. They messed with the recording speed to get his voice higher. The message of the song is just awful, but Bruce has always seen marriage, family, job, etc. as some kind of prison, lol. I hate " Racing in the Street " more than HH.

Led Zeppelin is almost perfect through their first 5 albums, but then it gets a little hit or miss. The Crunge is one of the rare songs that suck off of the first 5.

D'Yer Mak'er would be the Zeppelin song I can't stand, and Houses of the Holy is their most overrated album.

At least The Beatles can't be blamed for writing their cheesy cover of the 1962 Dr. Feelgood song "Mr. Moonlight," but I remember skipping over the track every time I played my "Beatles '65" album. Paul McCartney should have served hard time for that God-awful Hammond organ solo.

"Awful" is overselling things. It's obviously an influential song to the grunge movement, esp. a band like The Jesus Lizard (take that for whatever it may be worth to you, probably nothing).
