    I think most people are adverse to the terminologies because it seems to only be used against one side in political and public discourse. Also people can become frustrated when the information that is presented is highly debatable. Case and point the subject of systemic racism. The statistics used to say it does exist can just as easily be viewed in a way that shows it doesn't exist.
