Thank you for the information . I wasted time and money on other books looking for examples and information on filing a patent. i bought your book and will watch every video you make. you really have the best information and describe things the way they should be expressed. Thank you
Very clear and concise video. Thank you! I have a Utility Patent - Method. I believe that several companies are infringing on it. Basically, it's a method for communicating geolocation. Could you point me in the right direction to get an evaluation?
I love when someone can successfully explain the relevancy of something and provide a complete understanding without a lengthy video. This particular talent is underrated and very hard to find in my opinion.
Can an overseas patent filed only outside the US (and not in the USA) be filed in the US?
How much does a utility patent cost?
While in the process of a utility patent can others make similar items? Or would it be infringement?

While you are applying for a patent, others won't be infringing on your potential patent rights. However, once you do obtain your patent, then that is when they will be infringing on your patent. You could claw back damages prior to the grant of your patent but it requires a special circumstances. See link below. Up until you obtain the granted patent, you just have priority and a pending application. Read subheading #4 of the following link: ocpatentlawyer.com/patent-pending-definition-benefits-warning/
