I had severe panic attacks from the age of 17 to about 27. Thoughts would race through my mind, and I would pace around trying to find answers. No answer seemed right or correct. I would go from one fear to another. I felt like I couldn't escape. I am now 45. I have made some progress but still get trapped in these vicious circles and finding myself struggling to reason my way out of thoughts, but I've found trying to reason my way out of problems only entrenches the pattern. The panic isn't as extreme now though. I try to treat the thoughts as mental processes, and whatever uncertainty and fear I feel, I watch without falling into that pattern of trying to find answers. Thank you for all your videos and the inspiration you give to us all.

I ve been through n I know the pain of the attacks, but trust me God will bless n protect you, stay strong 💪 your mind exist because of you, you are the master of your mind,, don’t let it rule you, Just remember that you rule and train your mind to the path of god, god will heal, calm and protect your mind.. 🤍Tk care

*This can happen to you also ! I, "LIFE The Real Self" ( NOT The Human Body ) went to "The Marriage Supper of The Lamb"... I also witnessed "The Birth of The MAN Child", ( which took about seven hours ) mentioned in "The Revelation" chapter 12... And as Promised I, "LIFE The Real Self", ( NOT the human entity ) now resides in "The HOUSE of GOD" !*

I think there are many kind of liberations.Absolutely liberation is experiencing samadhi or focusing minimum 15 hours a day to Buddha,Krishna,God.But there are plenty of not fully liberations through many ways.

Father or Allah is a lonely jobless guy so create angels, men, send out then call back to judge, if obey go to nice playground, if not then go hotpot, almighty loving father? Why bother to create us? Or create us with no error prove so we could not make a mistake and no go to hotpot? But with Error so can be deceived by lucifer? Father Allah cannot see the future😅?

Which one? The easiest path is just to seek Mother's love. The only thing that can remove desire is a more powerful desire, not your free will.

How to liberate from desire is by being aware of desire. How to liberate from overpride self grasping is by being aware of it How to liberate from jealousy is by being aware of jealousy power. How to liberate from Ignorance is by being aware of not recognizing that we have forgotten our true nature in a way clouds veiling sky, sky there, eyes cant see, faith knows, clouds go away, experience knows, .. etc until clouds let sky free or not, sky is understood as present always ..

*Neither the human body, nor its spirit, is "LIFE The Real Self", an Offspring, and Child of "The LIGHT" which is "The LIFE of GOD" !
