I suck at hiking too, but there is no place but the trail that I’d rather be. Thanks for the review. I have the Appalachian Gear All-Paca Fleece Hoodie and love it, but it can be slightly itchy (works amazing with a shirt under) so I have been looking at The Mirage for a sun-hoodie. Also was wondering about sizing and you cleared that up as well. Excellent review. I’m ordering the Mirage and will be using it on the West Highland Way in Scotland next month.

make sure and size up. We ordered one for Angie, it ended up being too small. We sent it back and they refused to give us a refund for it. Zpacks kind of lost us on this one...

I think the AGC SunHoodie takes a few wears and/or a couple of washes before it loses its itch

i went with OutdoorVitals ALTITUDE SUN HOODIE. the hood fits better and a little lighter

I look and it's 100% poly. My experience with poly it smells really bad after a couple days.
