What is the best meditation technique?

In this video, Dada explains in a logical and methodical way what are the parameters by which we can choose the best meditation technique. As the interest in meditation grows it becomes important for people to have criteria that they can refer to that will help them to choose the most suitable technique for their all-round development-physical, mental and spiritual.
Dada helps us to distinguish between techniques that will keep us enslaved by our materialistic desires and which techniques will guide us to transcend the lower levels of mind.

Lovely video content! Excuse me for chiming in, I would love your thoughts. Have you tried - Marnaavid Unexplainable Intervention (probably on Google)? It is a smashing exclusive guide for learning how to hack your flow state without the headache. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my close friend Aubrey after many years got astronomical success with it.

Lovely Video clip! Sorry for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you researched - Marnaavid Unexplainable Intervention (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a smashing one of a kind product for learning how to hack your flow state minus the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my old buddy Taylor at last got great results with it.

As I studied Buddhism, I would say mindfulness, as you learn to accept things as they are and to let go. The practice of non - attachment is central, even when I'm not meditating. In addition to that, loving kindness is also one I practice occasionally

Much love, Dada. This is an immense problem for proportions of meditators, even well-practiced folk. By extension, there is meditation to create DMT, meditation to touch infinite awareness, meditation to expand your boundaries of sensation, meditations that dabble in esoteric phenomena like astral projection and warging. But many go into their sits without a clear goal of what they want to achieve, so they end up doing 10 different practices UNKNOWINGLY at once thinking they're doing one kind. When effort is thrown across the map, it only works to confuse the individual more.

The more I learn about the different techniques of meditation the more I understand that one pointed concentration is Paramount to attain different states of samadhi. Through absorption of the chosen object. Then maintaining a state of mindfull awareness throughout the day, of actions of thoughts and words.. meditation is not just fine by sitting it is an all day everyday affair.. at least that's the opinion I have gathered through study of different cultures and teachers.. thank you dada your teachings are superb.

thanks data ...i am doing maditation about 2 years and my instincts becomes more strong i think ...i have more ideas of doing things like going to the beach often even the summer past or doing more activities ...i am doing different style techniques of meditation as experiments like standing squat sitting on the ground with closed ayes still about an our or more ... or sitting on a chair ...mantra meditation ... breathing maditation ... guide meditation etc ... i olso having the ideas of what or how am i .... which i think is ... i am a infinite plasma of connected soup of everything ..i am the reflection of you and you are the reflection of my self and if i am healthy and fine with good energy the i becomes the doctor of healing you ... the ego mind the thoughts is something that relaxing my from focus but the problem is that trying to have illusions and makes me to be out of time ...and the time is only now without past and future ... some times olso threw ego thoughts we make decisions wich might be good or bad so with meditation helps to be better with this decisions and as more less decisions with more simple life without having more things or wanting more things makes the life more easy ... to be in nature is a nice way to escape from temptations and decisions by expanding the vibration of good energy ...also careful what you are eating and drinking becuse the next thoughts is coming and your energy deepens on that too ... escape from meats ancohol or junk food that you think it makes you enjoy because your next thoughts comes with more wills and temptations ...with meditations you also practice on patience end joy of stillness and living the present moments of time ..then you are more alive ... etc .... as a thought i say these ... namate with peace and love every one and every one is 1 one

just words words, where is the best meditatio tchnique? TH eight limbs of astanga is only a path but not a technique. Meditaion starts with concentration, then meditation, he samadhi. How do you reach that? Not with just words.

Patanjali meditation is one of the highest meditation techniques, but not the highest. The highest technique is called Purusottama yoga meditation technique. It is being practised by me as well as by some practitioners independently under the direct guidance of Purusotoma. He ( the Supreme Lord ) teaches the yoga step by steps .

1st: what you're talking about is not meditation, it is meditation techniques. which is mainly Dharana, not Dhyana. 2nd: observing the flow of breath is simple, but it is a technique, that made more masters than any other technique in all human history.. 3rd: what is the best technique is always very individual, so you can speak only for yourself. why do you think there are 112 meditation techniques designed by Shiva ( or at least written in Shiva sutras)? because there is no best technique, there is only the best technique for you. ho ho ho, please do not talk about Patanjali and Yoga sutras. you are not qualified. Raja Yoga of Patanjali is the 4th, but please, stick to your path of Karma Yoga and do not mix tomatoes with potatoes. it will only become a mess. yeah, one can go on and visit your bla bla bla. org, or one can investigate Shiva sutras and experiment and find out for him/herself. I very much encourage the latter. the very question/ title of this video is fundamentally wrong. because it doesn't exist. it is like asking what is the best meal? see? you have options. and what works for you is the best technique for you and for no one else. In the end, even the best technique has to be abanded. you will have to let go of it. for the technique can get you only that far. in the end, you need to step into the unknown bare and naked, leaving behind your support system (all techniques) and even yourself.
