Saudi Universities have a major advantage in that first they're free. And second some of them give u monthly allowance. Other Universities u need to rent a place out and pay your expenses.

Well akhi the scholars advised due to their aqeedah. There are enough places where their aqeedah is sound and their quran learing is also good.
