Chelsea offers the best balance. They have the greatest academy in Europe for the best part of the decade, they produce lots of talents, they loan them out to gain experience and if you belong to the best of the best like Mason Mount, Reece James, Andreas Christensen, Hudson-Odoi, Billy Gilmour, Tino Anjorin and many others, you will get your chance to establish yourself at the first team and win a Champions League or more. Even Dortmund has tried to sign Charlie Webster, Bayern has bought Musiala and Mbi from Cobham. Noone can do it as perfect as Chelsea nowadays. The point is not just to play young players and sell them for a profit but also to compete for the greatest of honours and Dortmund don't do that.

@@Browne7100 KDB and Salah were not from the Chelsea academy, they were bought like many others and Mourinho didn't think they deserved to play. Chelsea is a club that wants to compete and win every trophy at the highest level. You can't do that and play youngsters all the time, there must be a balance of top class established players and young exciting prospects. The other day In the UEFA Super Cup they played Challobah, a kid from the academy, instead of going out and buy Kounde. There is nothing that suggests they will stop trusting their youngsters, if you are good enough to contribute. you will get your chance and Chelsea produce many such players. Billy Gimour, Conor Gallagher, Levi Colwill are currently on loan and Tuchel thinks highly of them. You will definitely see them play at the first team in the upcoming seasons.

Atalanta academy is incredible but the lyon on is the best in Europe. It’s third when it comes to number of pro players currently playing in Europe behind Barca and Real, but Lyon actually give a chance to their players to play in the first team. Currently in the squad you have Aouar, Caqueret, Lopes, Lukeba, Gusto, Da Silva, Diomandé, Keita and of course Cherki, who have all played since the end of April 2021, with the first three playing regularly for the last 18 months. Look abroad at who’s come through at Lyon: Benzema, Martial, Tolisso, Umtiti, Gonalons, Fekir, Lacazette, the list goes on. Don’t get me started on the ones that are still in France (Grenier, Bard amongst others). The likes of Ndombele and Ferland Mendy made break outs on the big stage with Lyon, but the main part of the club is the academy and it’s important to recognise that

Dortmund wins on being open to giving exceptional talents a fair shot at the highest level without reservation so if you're really good, the black and yellows is where to go... if you're young and looking to learn the game and have a great career, United it is.

"own academay" i mean you cant really compete with the big big big World Cities like Paris, Madrid or London .. the amount of potential Players near that city is crazy. Dortmund only has 600k if you count the "Region" around BVB, like 20-40km cities like Bochum, Essen, Münster, and so on, you wont come any near those big cites + those town have multiple Clubs. many of them play in 1.or 2. League. so ofc Teams get players from elsewhere, how come those many foreign players in Man City, ManU, Arsenal, Chelsea and Spurs Academies? right, they also get them from outside .. only difference ist, Dortmund wont buy a under 16yo from a foreign Country. our academy isnt bad, we "produce" nearly yearly players who play in Bundesliga or 2.League, but you cant "produce" those talents, yearly for the BVB Squad because the Talent their is a bit higher. so saying "united alaways play with their talents" and bvb doesnt produce them is kinda wrong, because united also gets them at young age from other clubs. difference is the age.
