That's a good point, it might not be the winner to everyone. And that's why I tried to show as much video as i could gather of them in use, and their results (without boring everyone to death!). From these videos you can choose you own winner and go to buy that one.

Thank you so much for this I managed to cancel my order of tcut and replace with G3 pro after watching , I just did one side of my very old car with G3 pro and it's so much easier to use than tcut. Fine scratches all gone. The white recommended applicator was very useful. I like how you can feel the fine texture working and can add a spray of water to stop it from drying out.

I sprayed rust bullet automotive under coat and I forgot to plastic wrap and tape off my truck before the first coat and it was windy out and thankfully i wrapped it and tried it before the next 4 coats but now my truck is covered with it and nothing takes it off! I used 0000 steel wool on the fender🙄 it got it off after a long while but not the paint it swirled and dull and the rest of the truck is still covered with the paint any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Which product helps against scratches on the car? I don't want to rub off the top layer. Meguiars Ultimate Compound is good but not recommended for new cars. I also don't want to polish the entire car, but only the places where there are scratches. The scratches are partly noticeable with fingernails.

Is it possible to compare formula 1 scratch out, Trinova, carfindant, 3M and G3 pro?

I always use Maguiars products yet Dave is a real convincing tester, so not dropping it yet gonna try out the G3. Cheers, lad!

Megs isn't too bad. They produce a variety of top notch products. 👌 It's just in this case there is something that makes the job slightly easier, and it gives a better result quicker.

Really good testing mate, well done!! Would you use the g3 for just swirl marks or meguiars ultimate compound? Can you possibly do a video on how to remove swirls by hand?

Yeah of course. I wouldn't use this just for swirls over a whole car because it could work out quite expensive, I would then choose maybe ultimate compound or SRP if you need a quick "fill" job.

Anyone have any experience using these types of products on Mercedes piano black interior panel? They get swirls just looking at them. Would these work?

Amazing review! I think I'll order the G3! Hopefully, it won't leave any residues as I'm using by hand and don't have a polishing machine. Thank you so much :)

Brilliant summary of a brilliant series! Feel exactly the same as you regarding TW, so disappointing - for one on the 2 or 3 biggest global brands in car care to finish below a product you can buy in any supermarket is unacceptable. I'm astounded they released it with this performance! As for the winner, I've called that all week! I said in the first video that Farecla was the first compound I used over 20 years ago and it's great to see that they've evolved with the times, excellent results. Really enjoyed this Dave, you've saved me from Euro-depression this week 🤣🤣🤣

It took way longer to edit and split it all out, but filming was all done in one day, did a huge morning stint started about 7am. I stopped at lunch after the pen test, then restarted after lunch on the next products before coming back to the pen at night and getting to the final review about 11pm. Was a massive day, but ultimately I think it was better for me, I didnt forget anything, my views weren't diluted by time, and I got a clearer view for the final video.

G3 Scratch remover is now out of stock everywhere lol. The Carpride pen should lose it's points for ease of use because it didn't dry. A big thankyou for this, it's been great seeing how the different products perform. This deserves more views and you deserve more subs. If I could give you two thumbs up I would.

Yes it might take a bit more work than a compound and a pad, and it will depend on the area size, but yes that is possible.

the pen , found in all the best Poundshop stores . Said before Ive got the G3 product and cant rate it highly enough . Works ok on removing misting on headlights as well . Sons Jazz is awful for this and the G3 does a cracking job on removing it . Nice set of videos and easy to follow and understand .

@@DetailingandtheBeast Ive the bigger bottle and its just one of those products thats handy to have on your shelf . You may not need it for months but come when you do its gonna make the job so much easier and less stressful should it be a noticeable mark

I’ve searched and found that g3 do a paste and also a liquid version. Would you say that a liquid version would be less effective?

Had to get the G3 out last night ☹ roof has got loads of etching from salt from sea water dripping from kayaks. Suspect sun in last few days was issue on the crystals. 1 hour of graft and only half of roof done so far.

Just a thought, doesnt a hot water bath dissolve some of the salt residue? Then use a machine to get the job done quicker?

Thanks for doing this-I am sure it will help people to save money. One thing I did find surprising is the meguiars-how can it be good with helping to remove a scratch but not do a great job at removing swirls?

It could be the amount of time spent on each area of the section. So I only gave the swirls like 3 or so minutes and the main action was over the scratch. So the scratch did have longer product time than the swirls, but this was as consistent as I could across all product sections. If you go and check my review of it that I did a while back on a machine it smashed swirls, but pretty sure it induced some marring.

Yeah video was clearly a lie. I managed to fake ten products just to make a product I couldn't actually give a shit about stand out. 🫠 Melts like you are why I stopped doing KZread, but thanks for the ad revenue.

Excellent series fantastic information - well done. I'm getting some G3 paste then, plus i will try some of their G3 pro scratch remover liquid 500ml that hopefully will be ideal to go over a car that has some swirls that all in one polishes will not permanently remove by hand - unless you have any better advise for someone like me who has not gone down the machine polishing route.
