I agree, while levels like Castlemania, Mastergame, Kyrie Elision, and Ultra Violence were great, The Eschaton is still my favorite level of all time let alone my favorite boss fight level.

There is a Terraria Calamity mod themed bossfight which I thought looked great! Edit: It's called "Brutal Calamity" and it's an XXL Demon by Whirl Although it's not the most detailed compared to the ones showcased in this video, I really liked how it featured many aspects from the Calamity mod.

Brutal calamity is so good, it has 6 bosses (if u count Apollo and Artemis as separate bosses). Right now I'm at 83% on the level. I'm shocked it lost to tempest by Rafer last year at the gd awards

Ultra violence is definitely the best, the Abomination was a really cool boss. It not only won in the end by eating the player, but it played it smart throughout. First, the laser beams force you to go up to appear at the bottom, but the second time it shoots projectiles there so you have to dodge those too, and then it goes down in an attempt to catch you off guard. The rest of the attacks seem like forcing you into the middle of the screen, like baiting prey into the open, and then it bites.

Imo Ultra Violence is best, xender and hhyper just knows how to make bossfights :DDD But I think that its all just in the movements... I mean, have you see Ultra Violence in editor? Especially the bossfight parts? Insane!

My personal favorite bossfight has got to be Andromedroid from Omorfia by Hhyper. It was Hhyper's last solo level before he quit and despite the boss being short, lasting for only about few seconds on screen, Andromedroid is one of the most unique bosses ever made as it was animated frame by frame like Bombar (from Boom Slayer), making the movements look crisp and fluid. While it certainly might not be the best, it'll always have a special place in my heart

Honestly, though it may not look the best, I think that Serpent's Wrath by LmAnibus is the best bossfight. The visuals are far from amazing, but the fact that the boss' attack pattern is completely randomized every attempt is completely mind boggling to me and that's why I think it is both the most unique and the most impressive!

my personal favourite is probably "experiment 204" by HHyper. idk why? it just feels detailed. also, hhyper is a bossfight specialized creator. he has many bossfight levels, some are good, some are mid.

"Outerspace deco looks generic" Me who only is capable of using basic blocks: "debatable"

Slam(the first level in the monster gauntlet) is a masterpiece of a bossfight with the easy route for not so skilled players and the secret route which is challenging and fun ^^!

I love how you compared the level where you fight a giant purple dragon to the cloud kingdom, and not any other more fitting Mario Oddyssey Kingdom.

Amazing as always 🔥 Also I love HHyper's and Xender's bosses, they are amazing. And yes. Castlemania is literally a piece of art nowadays. Keep up the good work! 🔥

@@GrimRplayZzYT I'm disappointed at the fact that you didn't get the joke. There is a popular artist on Newgrounds that is called Bossfight. He is the guy who made Nock Em and Milky Ways. He is also on Monstercat.

Lmao I knew from the start that it's gonna be castlemania. I think the creator even made sound effects on bossfight sections and implemented them into the song, which is amazing. Great video tho

Wow I am surprised to see Beatdemon placing this high, I'm not upset at being topped by any of the kinds of levels placed after it by any means

I like how it goes from a happy simple story to brutally murdering a hand lol 1:50

Honestly I have never played any Bossfight levels and I think in some cases my computer would literally collapse, but yeah. I'm not a big fan of levels with a lot of decoration (as in so much packed in together that it lags the hell out of the system), so probably won't.

Bro, Xender Game levels may look terrifying cuz of the details But in reality, his levels has somehow have fewer objects compare to others (seriously ~300k for that boss is sheesh) My Laptop, cost somewhere $400 being able to play most of his levels, but not others You should avoid HHyper levels, it hurts real bad

Good video overall, but if you're making a video about geonetry dash bossfights then you should've mentioned whilr's terraria calamity themed bossfights

The way ultra violence was made in mobile is actually crazy and mindblowing, as demons is hard in mobile and editing it is very good. Xender game deserved alot creator points.

The Eschaton, Castlemania, and Brutal Calamity are the top 3 for me. Ultra Violence is actually quite frustrating, and it’s gameplay isn’t very fun. It’s also very flashy in some parts which ended up hurting my eyes, making it awful to replay.

Change in Scene is my favorite boss fight, almost every vacant space is detailed with imagination of what creators made, designing every pixel, even with multiple paths, this is probably why it got rated epic, and was a major contestant for the gauntlet in 2.2.

Love this boss fight The Badland, molten gear, magma bound, mastergame,boom slayer and the escharton

for me, the best bossfights are ultraviolence and molten gear ones. Both for the decorations, for the music and for the amazing effects. unfortunately molten gear is too hard for me (currently # 76 in pointcrate)

You should play "The Tempest" its a really good boss fight level and one of my favorites in the whole game!

Its crazy how you missed a demon called Destroy Me, it has a full on moon lord boss fight that may not be completely correct to the game its from but its epic

The Fight of the Light bossfight looks like the Champion of Life from Terraria's Fargo's Soul Mod

My personal fav is ultra violence because of the decor, the enemy designs (enemy because of the little robot that tries to shoot you) and the music

i love how castlemania style is taking form like knight period but also with lil bit neon style. and eschaton is just ✨🤯✨ full neon/ futuristik best 2 levels in my oppinion

You did mention HHyper but you haven't mention his last level "Omorfia". I know it's only layout but bossfight is pure masterpiece even when it's only 10s long.

It's not a layout, it's 1.0 styled. Also, this boss isn't really that long to be really considered a proper bossfight (sadly, since it's a great level)

the tempest is a good one

I love the Deadlocked boss fight because of its nostalgia, also Ultra Violence was my brother's first Medium Demon, so I love its boss fight naturally. The second one, though.

You should check out this level called “the voidlands” in my opinion, it’s one of, if not, the best boss fight.

Best boss fight (my opinion) is from the level The Impossible Game II v2 because it has much deco and awesome gameplay

In my opinion Ultra Violence is best boss theme map. The song is so on point and gameplay is beautifuly in sync with the song

My favorite is Slam. The first and last one. The attacks are so cool and good in animation, I also really like the Boss designs. It's super creative.

The Change Of Scene is really cool that's there is some acts

The devourer by whirl has amazing decorations great theme amazing song and it's an actual fight with the boss as you touch triggers and a sword pops out of you and you actually damage the bosses making the experience more authentic and makes it fell like an actual bossfight instead of the bosses just shooting projectiles at you also brutal calamity by whirl is great

the boss in fight of the light appears to be based off of the champion of light from fargos soul mod for terarria

I was really rooting for against the god. Amazing intro and awesome graphics.

You probably already know about this but for people who doesn't, CastleMania's bossfights were made by Xender Game

Next time rate stuff out of like a higher number? Maybe 40 or 60? So it’s easier to read the scores

These most of these "bossfights" are just like any other levels with a specific way to beat them, no strategy involved. I hope to see some levels in 2.2 that focus solely on being a bossfight, with things like homing projectiles and attack patterns. Something you might see in a game like Terraria or Hollow Knight.

I still think the eschaton is beter

One of my favorite bosses (might be because of dantdm) is the skull thing on Press Start, GD Subzero

I think press start is really good to be honest since the monster moves after you but normal gd has to be creator vs player Edit: it's really simple and cool

I think omorfia by HHyper is the best bossfight level in the game because how smooth the animation is and the originality even tho it's lack of decorations, but that's just my opinion

4:47 is basically undertale but almost everything is made out of blocks and a whole different story

Now make a short video on which castlemania path(Caverns and Ossgus paths counts as individual) is the best

Since 2.2 is out, my favorite had to be the Logodomy level/boss fight, i mean you can crack up pretty badly, which makes it very difficult to focus on

Don't mean to exactly critique your video, but I think you're focusing too much on the other parts of the level instead of the actual bossfight. You're placing some levels lower than others because of the non-bossfight gameplay parts, and I felt like I needed to mention it.

You could've mentioned some other 2.0 bosses like The Badland and Deadlocked v3, imo they're better than Spacelocked

My favorite boss fight is Molten Gear. I was never able to beat it my self but in all the videos I've watched so far it looks just fantastic.

Kinda bummed that the Gear trilogy didn’t get it’s honorable mention, but amazing list regardless!

My favourite has to be BEATDEMON and Ultra Violence. I also really like The Router, Sirius and The Creator. EDIT: I forgot about The Voidlads, another amazing level
