Short lightning is used all the time. It slims the appearance of the face. It’s probably the most common pattern in movies and TV series.

Hey , i dont see anyone on youtube more likely to do a comparison review then u can do it, its a bout the continous hi powered rgb cob lights,i mean the hi powered ones,like the one from aputure 300,colbor 220, trolifo 180 and the godox 300 , aplicable in studio lighting with softboxes,direct light,used combined with flash,used with gobos and other things,it whold be a great video from a great creator

Good to keep in the trick bag even though I do landscapes nearly exclusively.

Great vid P! I am a diehard Rembrandt stan but recently got hooked on loop lighting and am enjoying the slightly brighter look for a lot of my projects. Thoughts on that?

It’s prob just that it’s flattering light and he was the most well known to do it so he gets it named after him. -P

After reading a ridiculous article posted from f stoppers completely showing bias against godox and a clearly being paid in someway to do so, this is the last video of yours I will click on. I love that even the comments in the article are calling you out on your bs. Never bash another company because your sponsors told you to do so. Whoever wrote that acted like a total ahole and a complete liar.

What article is it? We never bash another brand because one brand told us to do so. All our writers are independent photographers who have their own opinions about gear. I’m sure next week there will be another photographer writing an article complaining about the opposite brand as the one you just mentioned. I have a preference for Profoto lights personally but as you see in this video, I opted to shoot this demo on constantly lights and not use Profoto at all. -P
