Tygra Bravo. I completely agree. Cancer spreads and destroys anything good. Political Correctness is a absolute Cancer that destroys our Morals that tell us when we are right or wrong. We are such evil Sinners that we had to create Political Correctness to hide from our ungodly thinking. Deep down we know we are far from perfect. Christ said: "For All Have Sinned And Have Fallen Short Of The Glory Of God." (Romans 3:23-26). Amen.

They're not offensive at all and have been used for such a long time. Regarding race, sexual orientation and religion, it might be a bit trick sometimes though.

We should be kind to each other and treat everyone equally no matter their skin tone, gender (preference), religion etc. We are all born on the same planet and we all share it. However, striving to always be politically correct as you might offend someone if you aren't is the same as burying you head in the sand. We need to talk openly and freely about the important topics of modern society because this is the only way to find a solution that tackles the core of the problem. However, there should also be clear rules and limitations for without them our way of life and culture is in risk of being destroyed.

Hey Master Mark, this topic is rather interesting! The politically correct term for the indigenous people in Malaysia is 'Bumiputra'. They're all Christians. Currently the most touchy topic is ICERD ( The International Convention On The Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination). A month ago, United Nations invited our country to be member of ICERD. They're doing this for elimination of racial discrimination and the promotion of understanding among all races. Unfortunately, majority of Muslims Malays rejected it due to the fear! Master Mark, I'm very disappointed with them. This was a recent case, I guess it happened three weeks ago.😢😥

I think, general rules of politeness and kindness should be applied to communication in any societies, along with common sense, of course. Some politicians say something offensive on purpose, in order to show their authority or simply to attract some extra attention to themselves or their political program. Nowadays, politicians behave more like celebrities than people who are supposed to be the best minds and rulers of a country. Oh, well. To be honest, I have no idea what would I do and what changes should I make first if I were a president of any country. I guess, that's why I am not one of them. Haha

In Turkey we call "Indigenous People(I'm not even sure if that's the right way to say or not)" "Kızılderililer" which basically means Red Skins. In Turkey, PC isn't even something that cared much about. We call "people from Mexica" Meksikalı, which again means Mexican. But as you see saying for example "People from Turkey" instead of Turks or Turkish is kinda showing off I think, just let people talk as they want, someone listening should be able to understand it politically correct when listening.

Screw political correctness. That destroys lives. I think a lot of the issue is people are too caught up in their feelings and are so afraid of getting them hurt that they lash out at everything that they don’t like. I’m offended by this, I’m offended by that, you should be offended by this, it never ends. A lot of the people in the older generations think this is very stupid. I think the core issue is that people don’t want to be blamed for their own problems so they came up with a way to blame others for their issues.

A while back we went to south India, they though we were chinese n even took pictures with us, we happily obliged n laugh it off cos there was no negative intention behind it. So for me personally its a little too much to expect people to be politically correct n be offended at such. Its a job of an entitled self righteous whiners with a victim complex who have too much time on their hands.

We never thought about political correctness. In my opinion, there's no term like this in Russia. We only mention it when speaking about Americans, and not all the time. Russia has a lot of indigenous people as well. And it's ok here to call them Eskimos, Chukcha etc. coz it's the ethnicity/tribe/nation's names like Canada, America etc. At least, I'm ok with being called yellow or red-skinned person. Besides, many Russians call Blacks "negr(s)" or dark-skinned ones. We are not offended, and there's no law for political correctness here. We just don't exaggerate the meaning of every single term and take care more about bigger and deeper things!😊 Moreover, I agree with the President Putin. It's obvious to be a Russian Orthodox Christian as the Russia's majority to stay Christian as well as Saudi Arabia stays a Muslim one. Mr. Putin just doesn't want to destruct the country, politics, his ruling, that's why he didn't allow Sharia law come in as well as the Buddhist Dalay Lama. So there's nothing to deal with political or linguistical correctness!😜 You should come here🇷🇺 and learn the language + culture, Mark. 😉 I'm sure you'll love Russia.💝

But respectful theyr called they tripes name. It has nothing todo with being Politicaly Xorrext. It's like saying something through a translated terminology without a specific. Heres the simple history lesson. Indians are from India. So calling a Native American a Indian, American Indian, or west Indian. Is derogatory. Columbus come over to the Americas, and thought he was in India. So he called us Indians. That has never change I hope it will.

It was not known to me that the terms like 'Eskimo' and 'Gypsy' are offensive. To speak my mind, I like President Putin and President Trump very much though I am from India! They are awesome! They're trying their best to remove rotten apples & eggs from the world. They are not diplomatic always! They are not puppets! In my opinion, they are the best presidents world has ever seen!

You're not doing a very good job of playing this PC-talk game, assuming the gender of people. (Referring to them as "guys," "men," "women," etc.) Teach people useful conversational English instead of perpetuating this BS. If you get people paranoid about offending others, they'll be reluctant to open up to English speakers and improve their language skills by naturally engaging with those around them.

LGBTQI... c'mon man. Why do they have to be labeled by their sexuality at all, when we are all humans? Why not focus on what we have in common rather than segregating groups? By separating and labeling people by certain characteristics, we segregate instead of integrate.

The gypsies don't get offended by be called "gypises" (I know a lot of them). It is the white PC-people of USA and Western Europe that gets offended if you call the gypsies gypsies - even if them selves don't bother. That is the problem with PC-people.

Ladies and Gentleman. What does Satan want to destroy more than anything? He has already destroyed millions of babies to Abortion. He has divided our families to the point to where hardly anyone is getting married anymore. He is using younger people in America to get a gun a join a gang and kill people. But, What does he want more than anything else? There are two things. (1). Satan does not want you to have any kind of a relationship with Christ who is God our creator. (2). Free Speech is the second thing that Satan wants to destroy. Because if he can stop personal opinions between two people, Then it will be a 100% Tyrannical world. Political Correctness is a Satanic tool for sure. Of course for people who want to do as they please without Consequences Political Correctness is escapism!
