    Great video! I would love to see one on how to unlock your back. I struggle with a rounded low back in cobblers pose and similar poses.

    How can you incorporate stretches into your daily life. I mean for instance when you are sitting at your desk or when you are putting on shoes. That sort of thing.

    Cathy, you will kill my husband!! 😂 He has no flexibility at all! He is trying yours exercises, but it is very hard to him!! Do you have any exercises for those who are like him and feel a lot of pain when trying???

    Should you stretch before running? And what would you say are det most important stretches after running? I think a lot of runners are curious to that.
