The facility of buying and item and then reselling is fine. But keep in mind that Nabi ﷺ prohibited the sale of an item that has not come under the possession of the seller. The least one has to establish is constructive possession. How will that be handled under NFT. Is the mere transfer of blockchain registry in NFT sufficient for establishing constructive possession? Who bears the loss if you did 4 subsequent NFT says, and the item gets destroyed before reaching the final purchaser?

Thank you for this interesting question. I would like to explain that paper currency which you hold is not 100% in your control. If state bank defaults and doesn't own it, paper currency is valueless. It clearly means, you don't have real-valued currency and just a promise from central bank. As far as possession is concerned, so blockchain assets are 100% in your control and nobody else can destroy it in any case unless he gets private keys or password etc. If you lost the key, you lost the asset. It clearly means, it is 100% in your legit possession. And all assets are not physical, like your microsoft windows or other software licenses. You own it and still not constructive possession, as it is virtual asset. If you need more info, you can also raise questions. Thank you

who is the authority giving authorization for the digital ownership of that asset? Since the basis for NFT is blockchain, then the only corresponding authorization are the registers within that blockchain. How does having that digital ownership certification for that particular asset secures the actual asset being copied? It does not. That is just like having an actual painting with it registered by some authority. But the forger may still make fake duplicate of it. And since NFT is not backed by enforceable authority, the new copy is just another product which can be certified by its own NFT as well.

great thought. I would like to add some info. Blockchains are public ledgers and autonomous bodies now. there is no single owner for these public ledgers as they are already online and no one owns the registers of blockchains, but a vast community or public at large. So, don't worry about authorization and possession. You should only avoid fake ledgers or fake blockchains, which people develop for fake transactions. you don't need to sell pics of monkeys, you can sell islamic arts and crafts and also your religious narrations or anything you like. if somebody sells monkeys, you don't have to do it. It is his own personal act. so, Do good, have good.
