I am a 27-year-old Full Stack web developer with a master's in computer science from Balochistan. InshaAllah, I will be moving to an Arab country within the next four to five months. The primary reason for this decision is the lack of safety and financial security in my current country. Although the cost of living in those countries is higher, I believe they will provide a safer environment and better opportunities for professional growth. While I love my country, I cannot continue to risk my life and assets when the government does not prioritize our safety. Additionally, our faith teaches us that if we do not feel safe in our current location, it is better to migrate to a place where we can live securely.

If you have a remote job, you only need to pay 0.25% tax in IT sector. When you earn in Dollars and spends in PKR, it's way cheaper than other countries about commodities and taxes. Yet there are security and life quality issues which can be a valid reason to leave.

If you move to Pindi or Islamabad, you encounter massive bills. I was paying more for electricity bills than my current home rent. In all these places, we don't have any viable options for proper living. I've had enough, and I am considering moving out of this country if I find a good opportunity. Sir, If I get a chance, I want to go abroad in the first place! There isn't quality of life at all. IT industry is also messed up. Same Mazdoor Zehniyat is there. I go out as skilled individual for internship, Had to wait, no responses from companies. They say we will tell you in 2 days, Those 2 days didn't come. I as a freshie, believed in companies, didnt know they dont give response. What are we going to learn then?? They demand experience, meanwhile dont hire even internees Its a lot better to go out, do hardwork which give us reward at the end!

With least per capita income, below 2 % GDP and fifth biggest population in the world, this is important that our people should go outside Pakistan to earn better living for themselves and their dependents. Startup like you should hire freelancers from India and keep moving. Still Pakistanis are far behind in their numbers and competence at global stage. This term brain drain is wrong. Most of the people are moving out for good 👍 so praise them and prepare the next lot.
