How to apply LRS? Whta are the documents required? 4. Gram pachayat layout land how to buy? Unauthorized layout, If land is under the area of Municipality apprval or urban development authority VUDA cant build house unless get technical approval. DTCP will check before LRS regards on the land is it good or not ? LRS? municipality or urban

Hello Vinod garu, ur explanation is great. Lrs lekundaa illu katti chala mandi ela vuntunnaru? Lrs lekuntee from now on building permission kuda ivvaraa? Mana system chala confusing and wrong vundi. Plot konna taruvata lrs avvadu ani telistee paristiti enti. Some one shuld challenge/take to court this flawed land registration processes. It's a messed up system between municipal, development authority, registration departments.

LRS scheme was designed by Congress govt...Hmda formed in 2008 before it was huda...since 15 yeras govt is telling not to buy lands in gp or restricted zones...Now LRS is needed to all plots in whole telangana state including ventures in villages also...except gramakantam and existing houses in villages...in 2013 then govt released very detailed master plan this can be had from Hmda office or enquire zone directly in Hmda office or online...15 ft roads 20 ft roads vesi desham motham kampu lepi deshanni slum laaga tayaru chestunna gp layouts ban cheyyali....

Good efforts bro., I have one doubt ippudu Bibinagar lo AIIMS open ayyindi kada, Hospital, Students hostel, Academic and administration building ani different types of building construction chestaru and avi compulsory 4-5floors each vuntay. But meeru annati peri urban jone lo government institutions building construction cheyadaniki permission istudanda..as I have seen few AIIMS, surrounding areas of AIIMS will speedly developed beacuase of more number of staff and faculty, as they have to stay near to AIIMS.. Anduvalla peri urban jone lo vunde restrictions nu Bibinagar lo tisivese avakasam vunda.waiting for u r reply..

Sir pl let me know what are all kind of documents need to check while buying DTCP layout..and also plz let me know how to check zone...one place zone not available in HMDA master plan
