The main plotpoint of Sonic 06 that I always hold onto is that Omega is apparently the only one that can kill Shadow should he ever go full blown 'Ultimate Lifeform' and go on a rampage and start killing humanity or whatever. Omega didn't kill Shadow in S'06, he captured him, as Mephiles showed. And I feel like it's not really about Omega being too powerful to defeat Shadow, it's more about Shadow not being able to hurt him. He probably just couldn't bring himself to do it, y'know?

I typically don't find these types of jokes funny but this one is absolutely hilarious.

Omega saying lol over and over again while Shadow regrets being brought back to life is honestly a mood

I love how Rouge is just there, she doesn’t even react to the jokes.

I like to imagine that Shadow, as soon as the word "CD's?" left his mouth, realized he'd made a horrible mistake.

Yelling EXPLAIN THE JOKE is the best way to make someone lose confidence in their joke.

Damn you stewed that See Deez Nuts joke to fucking perfection. Subverting expectations by being so enraptured by the setup, that when you get hit with the punch line, you lose all your rings and instantly die.

If I had a nickel for every time Shadow made a ligma joke that missed, I would have two nickels. Which isn't a lot but it's really weird how it happened twice

I love all of your work, but this one just kills me, I've listened to this clip so many times the last few weeks

I actually laughed at Omega’s joke since it sounded more original than Shadow’s own ligma joke.

Rouge doesn't react at all she just zones out when they have conversations like this 😂

The ligma joke was like throwing a paper airplane at your friend. The CD joke was like that same friend taking the airplane, refolding it to be even faster, and throwing back at you.

I love how shadow sounds kinda desperate when Omega doesn't understand his joke, it really goes to show he's not just an edgy guy and actually has a sense of humor (tho sonic writers have been overstereotyping him to be edgy in most recent titles)and i also love that Omega tricked Shadow into falling for his own joke, since it gives him more of personality than just being your usual robot with no sense of humor whatsoever

I don’t understand this comment. Why would this video “really go to show” anything about the characters’ personalities when the creator of the video can make them say anything he wants? It doesn’t reveal anything because the real characters didn’t say these things I think what you meant to say was something like “I like how the voice acting and writing made the characters seem less one-dimensional than they’re usually portrayed in official Sonic media”

@@cesarneto4326 Gamecube, Dreamcast, Xbox (original) and PC. I had it on the PS2, then torrented it for the PC, and now own it again for my Wii, which I've gone back to emulating on my PC :P I meant to @ Ashu, whoops.

At this point you should just rewrite an entire sonic game, get it voice acted, and then modded into the game. A whole game with this kind of banter would probably kill me, but I'd die laughing.
