I'm Italian and Romanian is really close to our language. I started to study Romanian 5 years ago and it was so easy but then I stopped and now I forgot a little bit. Mulțumesc foarte mult pentru video :)

Romanian is a romance language that's why it sounds similar but from all the romance language I'd say its definitely the weird cousin. Apart from French I can undertand other romance languages because of speaking Spanish up to a 60% on everyday speech. But Romanian only some words every now and then. Beautiful language though

Wow. Romanian is quite beautiful. I am German and learning Italian with a good friend of mine who is Italian. But Romanian sounds not really like Italian. For me it sounds much more like Portuguese

technically is closer to southern italian dialects like sicilian and neapolitan. Majority of the roman legionnaires that stationed and received lands in Dacia were recruited from there.

One of my best friends is Portuguese (from Lisbon) and sometimes when she hears Romanian in the distance she does a quick double-take thinking “Portuguese people?! Ah, oh, nevermind, Romanians.”

Cred ca cei care au fost intervievati sunt cel putin naivi in ceea ce priveste strainatatea! Nu totul este atat de pozitiv in alte tari comparabil cu Romania asa cum se intelege din aceste interviuri. Romani, iubiti-va tara, traditia si limba pentru ca merita!
