@@wydreacts 1 of you asked how many takes they need to do for the slapping scene... well, 14 slaps in 1 take, no NG. The director told him they have to do it in 1 take, the only thing is they didn't expect him to slap his cheeks so hard that it was still swollen the next day. And Park Ji Hoon has just been crowned Best New Actor on the 19th July at Blue Dragon Series Award in Korea. It was a landslide win as all the judges voted him as the best among the nominees.

@@kpopfanatic1 another thing is the director said that the slap scene was Jihoon's idea, even the reaction of the cast who acted as the students were real because they didn't expect him to actually do it that hard. Also the scene in episode 8 where he breaks the glass and scream (this scene literally wrenched my heart) , was also Jihoon's idea.

One thing that kdrama teachers are going to do is NOTHING. Never to be found when there's bullying happening

I'm always struck by the difference in the fight scenes. Hyun Wook's fight was a typical Kdrama fight. One vs many with the good guy looking bored and almost casually throwing people around. Ji Hoon's fight was the opposite. Brutal, bloody, and uncomfortable to watch. Really showcases their different perspectives on life.

what i find so amazing about the lead actor park jihoon is how good of an actor he is, this character couldn't be more opposite of him. he's always seen smiling, and has a very charismatic yet shy personality. his acting is one thing but the way he can transform into someone completely unlike himself (and make it believable, it feels like im watching a different person on screen) is phenomenal.

Laws are different in Korea for juvenile crimes. Also, teachers give assignments and teach then leave. The class president takes lead. They study. School is almost all day including cram and tutors. And Jihoon deserves a daesang for this performance.

Park jihoon is great actor also a kpop idol Btw he smiles like any human but it's just the role is like that 😂 He has a drama called at a distance spring is green . It's great one too😊

It is a fantastic series. With lot of bromance cute moments but also how tight friendship is. Its so so good. And bulling does happen in schools in Korea thats what we have heard in interviews too.

I watched this show with friends in a day, i constantly want to rewatch because it's a gem. Weak Hero class 1, bloodhound and celebrity are shows that are wow. If you don't jump from your seat at least once, it means you're missing something in the story😂

Yeahhh, when there’s like no teachers it’s kind of like their studying time. Even so, I heard that the teachers hardly ever interact when it comes to school violence really. Which sucks😭

it's different from America,we taking classes in the same room, so during the break time,teacher is not in the class. And we also have self study time,but in China, our self study classes mostly at night time,until 10 o'clock, we can go home. So there are some time,teachers are not there

This drama is a fiction based on webtoons. You can't even fight like that in Korean schools. Why is there no bystander and teacher at school? Of course it's a drama, but if the teacher stops it, will it become a drama? There are police officers and teachers in charge of schools in Korea, so we can't fight like that. Also, no one in any school has the courage to touch such a good student. Then the student's life will be over forever. All dramas and movies are not documentaries. The moment a teacher or police officer appears, the drama ends ^^

the end of the series is to die for, the whole end was a mess, it seems that the friendship of the three was not supposed to happen but bumseok is not to blame for anything he was a victim of the whole story, I feel what he went through like trying to fit in but then you realize that you are not part of it and the more you have that sense, more sad you get because you know that you don't fit in between the two and you did what due to the bad conditions of a good family life so blame his family not bumseok

I know bumseok's pain of trying to be friends with jihoon because of suho, but when bumseok sees suho's closeness to jihoon he feels he's not part of that (friendship group) and feels an inferiority complex which makes you it makes you jealous of a friend of (jihoon) for having a guy like suho by his side when he had no one to express himself or understand his pain not to mention bumseok's family that doesn't help at all and only makes things worse situation making him feel even worse and in the end doing what he did so don't blame him and blame his family I know the inferiority complex because I have it and it just makes me feel even more trash sad crying crying even more cuz of the end of that serie is so mess up
