Thank you, One million bows to you!! Hearing these very real biological issues intelligently-discussed after a decade of being marginalized, and even ostracized by the medical industry. This is EXACTLY what I have been doing, for 7 years. Stuck on the floor with my body and my hands exploring what was unquestionably dis-eased fascia around a very-dis-eased skeleton oozing bone marrow from tumors and cysts, and a leg with gross, chronic lymphedema; that the medical industry told me had no-solutions, except the ones they ignorantly-practiced that destroy cells and do not focus on properly feeding and attending to our biological, self-repairing Creations. Thank you. 🙏. I just took a deeper breath than usual. Feels like someone just threw me a Life-preserver.

Pause, years ago I came across a cassette tape on my windshield. I told myself, if this thing manages to stay on untill I get home. Dead Doctors Don't Lie is the Title. About arthritis he said it's a deficiency. Take a tablespoon of collagen with a glass of orange juice and double your daily calcium intake. This is the remedy. I'm posting because the story is 30+ years old. True story that stuck with me. I'm starting this again to see how to integrate with your approach. I also have a grounding mat. I've lost 90 pounds.

I had chronic body pain for almost ten years. Muscles and nerves. I started taking vitamin b1 with a nerve care mixture b6 b12 and lions Maine and fermented probiotics. N I also take a liquid magnesium and most of my pain has shut off! It’s like night and day different. Look into thiamine b1 deficiencies!

Use freshly squeezed organic oranges. Orange juice from a box is not real orange juice and you’ll get an inflammatory response from all the processed sugar. It’s chemically designed to taste the same in every container! It’s not real juice tho.

Taking calcium is no longer a good idea. It won’t get absorbed in the places you want it to and can end up in your arteries where you don’t want it to

Taking calcium tablets is NOT a good idea. No one can work how much calcium to take and excess calcium strips your bones of magnesium ( as warned by my chiroprator 28 yrs ago when I gave up milk in coffee) and excess calcium in the blood leads to heart problems as so many women have found out over the years after being encouraged to take extra calcium for bone health.

I love what you're doing. I bought your introductory package. At the moment, I'm having a weekly shiatsu fascia massage here in Japan, where I live. It has been very helpful - less stiffness, more energy. Also started doing yoga along with walking the dogs and housework! And energy medicine... I'm totally with you and I hope one day to a member of your program. Deanna, you are a professional, and wise. A rare combination.. Quinn is following well in your footsteps. That’s so interesting that you say that, as I’m coming to the realisation through understanding my own trauma processing that stored unprocessed emotions that are held in the body are moved through the nervous system but stored in the fascia. So for example a ‘heart wall’ is stored emotion stored in part of the fascia that surrounds the heart. I released a heart wall, it made a popping sound, the next day I had a pain in my shoulder, the pain moved to different areas of my shoulder before being released over a few days. It ended up with a blocked pore in my left armpit which then released. I also was more sensitive to my daughter’s emotions for a week after. Very interesting experience to track. It makes sense to me that it moved the through my nervous system and the pain in the shoulder wasn’t the muscle but the sensation moving through the fascia. The left shoulder relates to the mother wound ie the heart wall was mother related. 💕
