Block Therapy - Changing Lives One Block At A Time

Block Therapy - Changing Lives One Block At A Time

blocktherapy.com - Block Therapy is a self-care bodywork practice that releases scar tissue and compression throughout the body by targeting the fascia system. Fascia is the connective tissue that holds all systems and cells in the body together. Addressing the fascia system is crucial for managing and eliminating your chronic pain, managing your size and shape, anxiety, improving flow of your systems, posture, scoliosis, slowing down the aging process and many more.

The individual lays on a therapeutic tool called the Block Buddy for a minimum of 3 minutes in various positions throughout the body. The combination of pressure and diaphragmatic breathings causes the tissue to release to improve blood and oxygen flow to cells. We the instruct proper posture which maintains the work you have done on the Block. This can all be done at home in as little as 15-30 minutes per day.

I’m doing the breath exercises and I never sweat but I’m sweating but I’m wearing my Fitbit and my heart rate is up over 100 when I do it. I haven’t eaten sugar or carbs in3 years and I still have metabolic syndrome . Is it normal for the heart rate to go up when you do this squeezing . Im hopeful this will heal me

fFascia is made of oxygen, collagen, electricity, and water? If so how could minerals enter it to calcify it? (Calcium?) Fascia is like the body’s WWW. It connects everything. It is totally malleable. I’m a massage therapist who melts knots using positional release. Another name, Orthobionomy by trade. For instance, if someone has a knot in their trapezius, I use a light monitor finger on the “knot” then I shorten their shoulder by giving the fascia space or slack to unwind. It helps the body to form a new pattern and go back to it’s original design. The bound facia is like a knot in a shoestring. A shoestring needs slack to untie it. The fascia is made of fibers like strings. I do however know that breathing and breath are extremely important to the fascia and it is why I listen to your videos. Kidney stones are calcified. What you may have seen on the X-ray were dense areas of the collagen matrix that makes up fascia.

Yes. I've seen with an ultrasound and my ex would inject a fluid into these areas that look "calcified" or hardened and break them up like a pressure hose with the fluid. Then the tissues would be realign like the layers they're supposed to be.fascia can harden almost to feel like bone. And at this point, wondering. If bone starts out as fascia then get messages to harden... and becomes our bones .

Toe spreaders are not the same as doing the actual toe work. Toe spreaders are personal preference. The toe work is: Place your fingers between your toes while applying pressure into the webbing. If you can't reach your toes use the handle of a wooden spoon, or thin wooden dowel. Put enough pressure so you start to feel the pain, but not so much that you can't breathe comfortably. Hold for 3 minutes. Do this between all toes, and do the work daily.
