Thank you Issa
Just seeing a couple of your lectures on Logic, and these philosophical views, I can recover hope for youtube. Also, I feel. the anguish that your channel is not more popular than other "Self-motivation, lion hunter, capitalist, want to create your own business? make me money and false stoic" channels with millions of subscriptions in 10-minute videos that awaken the smallest light of your curiosity and notions of reality. Thank you, Professor Thorsby, for going into a deep. You made me pass exams and learn about topics I must pay $$$$$ to get the knowledge from, at least a small firm grip on the universe of knowledge.
So succinct! Thank you. It’s been a while since I read this essay. I’ll be around for the duration of this series!

Glad to have you Logan. Thank you
I am a retired Family doctor from Hereford UK. I first got interested in philosophy as a teenager watching the late Bryan Magee’s BBC interviews on his yellow leather couch with modern philosophers. Didn’t understand much at that point but I knew they were discussing something important. It was reading his philosophical autobiography Confessions of a Philosopher where he states he took 3 years out to just study Kant’s Critic that I decided to really take up philosophy in my retirement. I have done most of the Oxford Continuing Studies modules in philosophy. This has been richly enhanced by the number of online philosophy podcast that are now available.I have watch at some time all of your lectures along side the history of philosophy lectures by the late Dr Arthur Holmes of Wheaton College and Peter Adamson’s Philosophy without any Gaps. So I would like to express my appreciation to philosophers like yourself for making these lecture series. It’s such a privilege in this day and age to be able to learn from experts so easily on the net. Thank you. Don Langford.
I'm so glad you started posting videos again. Thank you very much!

Excellent presentation Mark. You are a good teacher! Love it. Any chance you will do a presentation on Heidegger’s Temporality? I have seen most writers explain Primordial temporality, World time and Vulgar but do not link it to show how the phenomenon connects say world time to the Ek- stasis of temporality. TIA if you considering this

Really obliged
Professor Thorsby, what is the textbook you held up around about 5:43? Does anyone else know?
Great introduction. One question, does it explain Cesar law imposed on Syria by the us? The law prohibits import of food.
Since you have Camus then why not Dostoyevsky? As for the ethics part at the end of video, isn’t it similar to Virtue ethics?
Thank you very much for your videos! This knowlage is very valuable to me)) Greetings from Ukraine!

Existentialism is a Humanism turned me off of existentialism until I read Kierkegaard...that is how bad that book is and his obsession with people looking at him and his googly eyes.
