Absolutely! there are so many examples, in the end of the day its asking yourself a question, what MORE can I do and can be personalized for this person? So many out there. Glad you enjoyed it.

Nice tips Yahya, It is the differentiation but it is more high level so you can make your client, boss, or even a life partner to feel indeed that he is a special not only because he choice me as a partner, employee, company, or a hotel but because we are appreciate his choice and trust. So we earning his loyalty and respect through Exceeding his Expectations.

I would like to suggest a video talking about standard phrases and tenses used in a 5 star hotel. For ex (greeting, agreeing, welcoming guess, also disagreeing with the customer because yes the customer is always right but there are exceptions) etc Thanks a lot !
