Blockchain based technology is future whatever anyone says. Problems with we Indians is we are ok with our personal data being collected and monitored by foreign companies but not by the government. Pessimistic have always made chaos and spread fear for every potentially good technology by focusing on negatives be it Aadhar,5G or etc. I was expecting the huge change and impact that can be brought through cbdc in this video but you sum it up with "raato raat".why fear when not involved in crime.And if cbdc could be used for monitoring isnt it will be easy to crack down crimes.Blockchain is a proven technology and developers of the cbdc and the concerned entity are more concerned than us.CBDC has huge potential.focus on the bright side not' raato raat"

Funny how the first, The Real Money i.e. Gold/Silver was taken away from the public and replaced with fiat currency. Next, even the fiat currency is being taken away. Even though not possible, I strongly believe taht bringing back Gold coins can end a lot of corruption. No exchange rates, all same gold coins across the world. Kindly share your views.

Yes. Thank you for sharing your views. Personally I think barter system was stronger and exchange happened only when it was needed. Like you mentioned Gold era was very strong in the exchange system, even today the physical gold hasn't lost it's true value.

That's why we need to support crypto currency......not for Bitcoin atleast stable coins like tether.......which is not volatile......we need to remove government and organisations like swift.....so that we can have safe transactions globally without totally control to users

Printed money will be reduced drastically as we move to digital world. At this stage not much of threat as RBI works with the private banking system in hybrid model. But we should see how the future changes along with world politics

Similarly, sarcastic comments about indian developers were too myopic. Continuous improvements in cybersecurity is required but there is no relation not because its developed by indian tech companies. Indian tech industry has been leading on a lot of fronts

The struggle of our century is people vs governments, not country vs country. I think for now the best thing to do is for everyone to refuse CBDC. Eventually, they will either have to give up or use force.

so here are some thoughts i have : something as big banks cant go out of the blue and the main economy is dependent on banks I don't possibly think this is going to work as this is going to become more & more prone to security failures , as a developing country shouldn't India focus on developing its infrastructure and on unemployeement (excluding natural unemployment ) there's a need of creating more colleges and coming to youth do u have a better ways on educating the rural ones and giving them to work towards specific goals ?

Yes, you are right. And regarding the system, RBI is working around a hybrid model where banks will still maintain everything. In reality if we look at it entire financial system is run by banking system. They will not allow their system to collapse. Regarding the education - the system is working to some extent but more than the colleges, people need skill based training after college or in the college itself. Majority who study in college are not ready for jobs, especially in rural areas, so they end up getting whatever is available. May be colleges should extend one year of academics and just focus on skills. This might save all the skill development investment from the govt.

Thank you for watching the video. In reality, corruption will not reduce even if we go fully digital. Because corruption happens from person to person. Ex. If government sanctions 10 crores for a small road construction. The politician uses 3 crores for the construction, 2 crores for the people involved in the process and eats 5 crores that is corruption. He can convert these 5 crores as legal money as the documentation can be maintained legally. People will find ways to work around to convert the process legal. Another way to look at it is those who are in power will have the capacity to modify the codings in the backend. If the central bank is more powerful than the government then there are chances to reduce corruption but in reality it is the opposite [it is just my opinion though]. What will reduce is the paper money which could have been stored illegally.

@@eyevorytowermedia Even if the politician can maintain the document legally, he can't eat the money in this case as it will be digital not paper money which he can store physically. the politician will have to show proof from where he got that 5 crore as it will be shown in his account. The corruption mostly happens when people store the money physically as govt does not have any proof for that money as it's not shown in bank account. Only big businesses will be able to do the corruption in the form of tax evasion by exploiting the tax code loop holes. Corruption will be mostly eliminated. I think you are mixing the digital and physical currency. Physical currency is prone to corruption, fake currencies etc. Problems of fake currencies, corruption etc will be mostly eliminated by CDBC. Also technologies based on blockchain can't be hacked means the currency will never be compromised only the transactions can be hacked at individual level

I like your videos but do you think corruption will be gone with no cash? Anyone with basic knowledge of how govt and govt employees functions e.g. in allotting contracts, they rake 40-50% commission immediately. Corruption is that big in India. I'm talking all present and past govts pan India. With my limited knowledge, I think privacy, freedom and freedom of expression etc are too overrated for India. Let's first track everyone from where they got money and if they paid taxes on it.

You raised an important issue. Personally I do not think this or any other system will bring down corruption. Some govts you will know it and some govts you may not know it. It is not about political party because it happens from the source of power - human to human. The hunger for money. The best way is to reduce the number you mentioned from 50% to at least 20% or 15%. Regarding taxes - only common people pay more taxes in reality. Ex. Reliance paid very high gst - majority comes from common people like you and me who have paid the tax. Reliance gave it to the govt. Employees in companies pay income tax from their salaries. Some big companies need not to pay a lot of taxes because of many reasons like debt and other things. [It is still a personal opinion though]
