Dr......I am gonna use contact lens for long term....does it cause sagging upper eyelids or crease little bit?

Hi @anum3702, Choosing to use contact lenses should be considered carefully as many people don't find them comfortable due eye irritation, constant maintenance, etc. Hard contacts if not constantly lubricated can cause eyelid drooping. As you can see from my videos, I don't wear contact lenses.
Dear sir What is frontalis muscle flap advancement surgery???is it safe then sling surgery for child ??? How long is last ?? What are the side effects?? After any ptosis surgery in one eye is both eye blink equally?? Please if you can explain

Hi @thetalesof_anupama8029, Some surgeons recommend the frontalis flap advancement procedure for infants or children with congenital ptosis. I can't give you details about this surgery as I don't perform it because I only treat eyelid ptosis in adult patients. The surgeon who recommended the procedure can provide you details since they are more experienced with it. I hope this helps you.
