You don’t realize how Blessed you are! You have avoided so much crap by remaining a virgin for so long. Sex outside of marriage is not only sin but it’s just not worth everything that comes with it. One of my friends was a virgin until last year when she got married at age 41. I think God will definitely send you a Husband and I also think you will have babies for sure because your trust is in God and all things are possible with him. You are an inspiration.

Look, a lot women won't get married for various reasons. Just go have a baby either via adoption or via IVF before it's too late. I think women need to be realistic, just start your family alone. It's okay and kids still turn out fine.

Patty- I am 73 yrs old and am still believing that God will bring the right man he has saved, especially for me. I am just beginning to get into painting, and I have a friend who wants to buy one of my pieces. I remind myself of Grandma Moses all the time. A very good friend gave me a book about late bloomers. They are people who started their careers late in life and went on to become famous. Proof positive that things happen when they are supposed to. I have been told that I need to stay in my culture or else my life just won't be right. I believe God made me the way he did for a reason. My African father told me when I was younger, “go where you are wanted and admired.” He didn’t care about skin color, as long as those men loved his daughters. I come from a culture where we are pressured to marry early as possible. I’ve had negative comments especially from other African women about my singleness if not sarcastic questioning. I had to put my foot down on them and make it known that we all have different timelines. We’re not all meant to marry at 25

Yes there is a space for Fumi. We often felt forgotten. Unmarried without children but I was attracted to Fumi and her effervescent personality like moth to a flame. It is what I needed. She gives me the validation I need and then I start to see myself as important even if I never got married or have children I know I have so much to give. She came into my life when I was so down and out. Diagnosed with a life threatening disease God led me to Fumi. She reached out to me and encouraged me and I am eternally grateful. God bless her

I'm sitting here listening to this with tears in my eyes. I've been so angry and feeling hopeless. I've been asking God for my husband for several years now and I want children so bad. I've longed for them both to the point of crying out for them. I will be 38 next month. I really needed to hear this because I was ready to give up. I'm still praying and I'm still holding on and I won't give up on waiting.

Remember Hannah in the Bible. She was barren and she prayed to Jehovah God for a son. He granted Hannah’s petition and hat next year, she gave birth to a son. She named him Samuel and she promised Jehovah that she would lend her son to him as soon as he was weaned. God grants our petitions as long as we keep Matthew 6:33 in our lives and obey our Heavenly Father. Read 1 Samuel 1: 1-20. I hope this will lighten your heart and give you hope. Take care❤😊❤

I'm a 'late bloomer' also. Not interested in marriage but I do have financial goals that are still to be achieved. It was lovely watching this because a lot of us Gen X ers are late bloomers and grew up with a lot of negativity.

I'm 31 I have 4 kids by 3 different men and I with the last father I don't work as 2 of my children have disabilities i have autism so I struggle a lot socially and I sometimes look at my life and think aside from my kids who even am I what else do I have to be proud of you've given me hope that I have time to find my passion x

Totally agree with you Fumi. As a 60+ year old, I can tell you that I'm in my prime. Still smart, still energetic, still got the fellas checking me out, and folks who respect me for the words of wisdom (gems) that I drop. They see me walk the walk that I talk. Independently so. Don't have drama in my life because I'm wise enough to prevent it from coming my way. Look younger than my years because I don't stress about anything. You see, I smartly handle minor things before they become major things. Easy peasy, baby!

I was 38 when I met my husband. We had our baby girl at 40. Got married at 44. I’m now 51 and starting a new phase in my life. Life’s journey can be amazing. I am grateful for what I had and happy to be blessed with my amazing daughter. I am also looking forward to what the future holds. Why, because I am working on myself so I will be prepared to embrace the future. Live, love and life. Life can be seasons. We roll with the punches. There is so much out there for us to experience. This is blessing me right now & I just shared this link with a friend who is 41 and losing hope. I’m 39, unmarried & without a child yet. I stay thankful and positive everyday because I know my situation isn’t a surprise to God. It killed my spirit and dreams. I am going to be 55yrs old and I am ready to start living the life I was meant to live with God on my side. Marriage with a man with a Narcissistic personality is the worst thing that can happen to us women. It's better to be single. Am senegalese woman. 53 years old. When i was young, a lot white mens wanted to marry me. But i did not want to marry with them. I only wanted to marry with Black africans mens. Blacks mens use me. They betrayed me, make me suffer. They never married me. I lost my time with africans mens. Now i feel old and tired. I have no husband. Am alone.. I learn something, don't listen what People say. Do want you want, do what is good for you. Not what the others want you to do. I regret to do not agree to marry with white mens. I always like Black mens but they never married me. Sister Fumi, I want to thank you so much for this message. I’m starting life over. Got married at 34. Separated by 37. Abusive marriage that I left with my beautiful son. I’m starting life all over again in a new country and God has been faithful but what I’ve realized from this video is that I’ve not been grateful enough. I keep looking back at the failed marriage and what I don’t have. I’m glad I left the marriage but as a Nigerian first born daughter, the failure of it is not just a pain point to me but my parents as well. And I’m really hurt and bothered by that. But God made it possible to leave and start all over again. I really should be more grateful and I thank you for showing me that. God bless you. I love watching you.
