The cog example makes no sense, because cogs in that configuration would be completely stuck. A cog cannot turn in two directions at the same time.

@Tgon Mwort Stop posting this in every Cystic fibrosis youtube video. Selenium deficiency can be caused by cf. Giving a cf patient Selenium will not fix cf at all. It will just fix their Selenium levels. Cf is a genetic disease 100%. Selenium will not cure Cystic Fibrosis. There is no cure at this time 6/3/2022.

There is a rare chance that it can be diagnosed later in life but most times its diagnosed at birth. If there is any chance you have been living with it from birth without knowing then you must be very unhealthy if your cf has not been treated. I am amazed that you are alive if you do happen to have it.

6 classes of CF exist with over 1800 CF causing mutations - so which mechanism do you want to know about? The short version is that the Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Conductace (CFTR) protein, that regulates the flow of sodium and chloride in and out of the epithelial cells, is defective.

Are you talking to 3-year olds or what!! You could have narrowed down your video to 30 seconds, and still got the same info!
