Hi sir,from employer point of view should gratuity be a part of ctc of an employee or should employer pay full amt once the employee completes 5 years..what is the actual procedure to be followed by employers ...if gratuity is included in ctc and employee leaves that company before completing 5 years he is not eligible..to get dat gratutiy amt...which is deducted frm his ctc..what happens to that amt in dis case...please clarify.

Gratuity cannot be part of CTC since he is eligible after 5 years.
