Same, it's almost satirical.
A simple, clear and brief intro to CRMs. I used Salesforce a few years ago at a non-profit. It's one of the more complex but full-featured CRMs on the market that can be tailored to any organization's needs.
That's quite unsettling : "Every department in our company is monitoring and surveilling Celeste" all in an effort to sell as much as possible. And to add to that, Celeste's data is stored in the databases of 100 other companies as well. Poor Celeste in this consumerism-dominated corporate world;)
Powerful video. I love the clear and direct explanation of what the system is capable of.

Do you need to be a license real estate agent to acquire CRM
I was looking this up for job information, and i can say im completely underwhelmed. This is way worse than suggestive selling and willl break your savings. If i say Christmas sweater, i certainly DO NOT need AI shopping, choosing the perfect sweater for me, i still want to find it myself.

Why does this video feel like an ad.
Segmentation (by title, industry, product , location etc) ; Outreach (mass emails, sales cadences, marketing campaigns etc.) ; Sales pipeline management & prediction (e.g. in the beginning of the year you can predict with 90% accuracy your total bookings for the end of year based on historical won deals data) ; Business Process Automatization (e.g. send a quote out to the customer in 5-10 clicks etc.) ; 360 degree view of all historical interactions thus a more efficient communication (e.g. making sure the customer is never "chased" by 2 different employees) ; Sales employees leaving, information remaining. And many many more :)
