Hey man. Thank you for your video! How woud you dress for an interview with one the most luxurious cruise line companies in the world? The company has required the business casual dress code for the interview. I'm definitely going for the suit jacket and dress pants. Still wondering with or without a tie though.

Congrats in advance buddy! I'd skip the tie! Going with a suit jacket and dress pants is pretty much business already! You'd be slightly overdressed in this case but better more than less 😉

Thank you for your video, quite informative. Just two critique points (please forgive me): "All jokes aside," didn't really fit, since offices having the AC on full blast is common and not a joke. Just good practical advice to keep a sweater in the office. "Glasses for personality," either you wear glasses or you don't, but how do glasses add to your personality? Might make you more attractive, but your personality exists independent of your clothing. I hope that wasn't too harsh. I hope to see your channel blow up.

Not a fan of that last one, but the rest were great. I think the tie vs sneakers make the outfit a little confusing formality wise.

Definitely not.

It also depends on the season and outside temp. It's 115 degrees in Arizona. Your not wearing a sports coat or blazer, even though it's semi indoors.

Depends on what job it is. If it's a corporate / office job, wear a tie with a navy / black / grey suit because your first impression is going to matter big time, my guy!
