bohat bahtareen explain kia hai i have bursitis in left shoulder treating from 2 months, there was infection which is getting better, but doctor recommends me for steroid injection which i don't wanna use now i know it can't be use while there is infection

I'm in UAE and got it in my knee because I played cricket after years and that too without a warmup. It's giving me a hard time since two weeks. Taking anti inflammatory but it's not helping with relieving my pain. Kindly suggest something that could at least reduce the pain
