  Thank you Doctor for ur valuable information. I am suffering from the knee and joint pain and go only for ayurvedic treatment since i don't have right side kidney by birth. I don't take any medicines as it will affect my kidney. Sometimes i go for physiotherapy also. But still i am suffering from pain. Sitting and getting up is my big problem.
