Not completely true, my dominant eye is my amblyopic eye. Makes doing photography very difficult I am so grateful for live view so I can actually see what’s in focus versus through the viewfinder.

I have strabismus in my left eye and some time when I use my mobile it's difficult to read subtitle and I got strain sometime in my left eye . What is it ?? Is it amblyopia?

Make an appointment with your physician, it may or may not be amblyopia. Considering that fact that you already have strabismus reinforces the fact that you should've already met with your doctor if you have not.
