@@utkarshbakshi900 yeah, sadly it's still ongoing. i first had it 9 months ago and very severely. two huge bald spots. most likely due to stress (my mother had met with an accident and I was scared for her life). doctor had prescribed an immune-suppressant medication to swallow, a steroid ointment and an antifungal ointment for the spots and minoxidil for the entire scalp. i had to stop minoxidil though because i got the side effect of extreme peach fuzz. anyway those first bald spots have pretty much closed up with new hair, even though, of course the hair is still short where the spots are. but over the last 3 months i discovered 2 more spots. smaller this time. i had been sick with covid, so maybe again that was stressful for the body or triggered my immune system into an auto-immune response. but new hair is already growing again. again got the two ointments for the spots and this time instead of minoxidil trying with Dutasteride Lotion for the entire scalp. I'm also taking a hair vitamin supplement. Let's see. For the alopecia areata at the end of the day you just have to be patient and not stress out too much. Make sure you get all nutrients and proper regular sleep as this also decreases stress hormones in the body. It's auto-immune , meaning your own body's immune system is attacking the hair roots, which is also why ointments or oils can't really do all that much. It's really all about trying to decrease stress in your lifestyle and make sure you're otherwise healthy. In severe cases, the doctor can give an immune-suppressant medication. But you can't take it for long because it can affect your health negatively. Unfortunately, alopecia areata can re-occur anytime, which sucks, but the chance for recovery are pretty good, even if it takes time.

I felt that bad but after watching ur video I felt some relief and thanks for your advice and now I'm all set to go to a dermatologist today and deal with it ....Since 3 months I have been coloring my hair , so I thought even it could be a reason...But now I'm happy 😊...!!!

Sir I have alopecia since the end of 2017 and it was worse till 2019 almost 40 of my hair fallthe end of 2020 it recovered fully but in the starting of 2022 it started again and this time it is spread faster than last time first it occur with a small patch on my back and now there are more then 10 patches on my both side of head in January 2022 my eyelashes have also fall out but now it is growing again but there are no recovery in hair and my small nose hairs are also coming out when it was started I was 13 years old and now I m almost 17 yrs old I am very worried about my hair and for this i can't focus on my studies i am a student of science stream but i can't focus on my studies please reply sir .I m from Assam.

thank you sir very much for this useful information. I also have one or two patches before 2 3 years. I consult to the doctor and it was fine. But recently i again affected from it and patch is small now . I consult to the doctor he gave me one medicine cloderm and one minoxidal topical solution for 3 months and told me to use continiously for more time almost for longer period. As i'm so much impressed from your videos so i want some suggestion regarding it should i use medicine for more than 5 years can i use mustard oil coconut oil and ginger juice to masage hair for about a twice in week before shower can i use any almond hair oil to control dryness as i have dry hair

alopeshya mera ve huya tha mera 90% bal jhar ghya tha. me alopothik madesen 1 sal leya laken mujhe koye frak nahe para tha. ave me hemapothik madesen la rahu hu 3 manth sa ab mera dhere dhere bal aa rahe ha. mujhe bhuat tenson ho rahe tha .mera head ka bal kavhe nahe ayange lakin hemapothik madesen se mera dhere dhere fir bal aa rahe ha. ab mera tenso kam ho raha ha.
